Overthinking

Y/n-
I closed the bathroom door and looked down the hall to see Anna's moms door open. I froze thinking of the possibility of her hearing what just happened. Fuck it. I walked over to her door. Act natural y/n. I knocked on the door frame and she turned her head towards me.

"Hey ms shumate" I said leaning against the door frame.

"Hey y/n. You and Anna having fun?" She asked with a smirk. Fuck.

"Yup" I said awkwardly.

"Just be safe please. That's all I ask" she said.

"Of course" I said. She nodded and I left. God that was awkward. I went back to Anna's room and laid down on the bed staring at the ceiling. I can't believe we just did that. Did I pressure her? Did she really want to? Does she regret it? Was she really ready or did she think I just wanted her to be ready? God y/n stop overthinking. She told you not to stop she said she liked it she was the one telling you to take off her clothes. I sighed and picked up my phone. I went to my camera roll watching that video of us from when we first met. Did I ruin what we had by asking her to be my girlfriend? Are we ever going to have moments like this again? How long until she gets bored and leaves? Does she think about these things too? Oh my gosh these thoughts are overwhelming. Maybe I should just take a nap? Clear my head. Oh wait no I probably have to carry her back to bed. I sat up and watched TikTok until I heard the shower turn off. I waited by the door and it eventually opened.

"Need some help?" I asked. She nodded making me laugh. I picked her up and brought her to the room. I set her on the bed, grabbed her some clothes and then laid down on the bed. She got dressed and laid next to me. I put my arm around her and closed my eyes. She was rubbing my face with her thumb.

"You ok bubba?" She asked me. I nodded.

"I'm ok just tired" I said giving her a kiss.

"You sure?" She asked.

"Positive" I said. I pulled her as close to me as possible and buried my face in her neck, soon falling asleep.

The next day-

Anna-
I woke up to my brother jumping up and down on my bed.

"Brandon! Stop" I said.

"No get up y/n is taking us to the beach" he said. I opened my eyes to see y/n standing at the foot of the bed. She shrugged and smiled. I sighed and got up.

"Leave so I can get changed kid" I said to Brandon. He jumped up excitedly and left my room. "Bribing him to like you with the beach huh?" I said wrapping my arms y/n's neck.

"No he already likes me he just likes me a little more now" she said pulling me into a kiss. I smiled and pulled away. She sat on the bed and I grabbed a bikini from my suitcase. I took off my shirt and bra, then putting on my bikini top.

"Can you tie it for me?" I asked. Y/n nodded and tied it in a knot. I then took off my pants and underwear, putting on my bottoms. "Do I look good?" I asked.

"Always" she said. She grabbed me by the waist pulling me into a kiss which quickly turned into us making out. I pulled away before we recreated what happened last night. Not that it would be a bad thing but Brandon's waiting for us. "Why do you always pull away before we get to the best parttt" she said holding my wrist lightly so I couldn't walk away from her.

"Let me go so we can take my little brother who you promised to the beach" I said. She pulled me back in for a quick peck, she let me go and we left the room. "Come on Brandon!" I yelled.

"Never mind mom just bought me a PlayStation I'd rather play that" he said happily. I rolled my eyes and went back to my room, y/n followed me.

"We can still go" she said sitting down. I shook my head and laid on top of her. She wrapped her arms around me. I buried my head in her neck and smiled. I love this girl so much. "What was that?" Y/n asked. Shit I said that out loud.

"Oh nothing. Just thinking out loud" I said. She lifted my head from her neck and made me look at her.

"I love you so much more freshman" she said smiling. I smiled and kissed her passionately, gently. We rested our foreheads together and laid down. We laid in silence for a while until I felt y/n fall asleep under me.
