Getting through it

A week later~

Anna-
Y/n hasn't left the room. As soon as she woke up she got on the game. For a timeline she woke up at 8 am, it's 4 pm and I haven't seen her come downstairs once. I just made her dinner and I'm bringing it up to her, along with a water bottle.

"Y/n I made you some pasta.." I said. She looked at the food and her face sorta dropped.

"I'm not hungry" she said. I sighed and put the plate on her desk.

"Eat it or I will force feed you" she looked at me with a shocked look. "You haven't eaten all day so you need to eat or I'll force you to" she sighed and turned off her computer and grabbed the fork.

"Aren't you gonna eat with me?" She asked.

"I already ate" I said. She nodded and started eating. I sat on her lap facing her and let her eat. When she was done she pulled my head off her shoulder and kissed me.

"That was amazing, thank you, I love you so much, and I appreciate you" she said. She had this huge smile on her face. I didn't mind I just didn't know if it was genuine. I was just staring at her, while she looked at me confused. "Is Connor coming over today?" She asked. She hasn't smoked with Connor in a while, I thought she was starting to move on from the grief stage but maybe I was wrong.

"Yea why?" I asked even though I knew the answer.

"You know why, it helps me Anna. I haven't done it cause I know you don't want me to become addicted but I need it" she said. I sighed and nodded. I tried to get off her but she stopped me by holding my thighs down. "It doesn't bother you that I've been smoking right?" She asked.

"No, I just don't want you to get addicted cause that would bother me, I know how addiction is and I don't want to deal with that with you" I said. My dad was an addict and we went broke because he'd spend all of our money on the drugs he did. (This is made up)

"I won't baby, i used to smoke and I quit" she snapped her fingers, "just like that" she said. I smiled and nodded. "Wanna go cuddle on the couch and watch a movie? Or we could swim, or go in the hot tub? I need to get out of this room" she said.

"Yea you do, you also need fresh air so let's go chill in the hot tub" I said. She nodded and I got off her. I went to the closet and grabbed her swim trunks and me a black bikini. I started undressing while y/n scrolled through TikTok, waiting for me. "I grabbed your swim trunks baby"

"Oh thanks" she started putting them on. "Need help?" Y/n asked as I struggled to tie the back of my bikini top. I nodded and she tied it. The feeling of her cold hands sent chills down my spine. She tied it and ran her hands up and down my arms then placing them gently on my waist.

"God you're beautiful" she whispered. I turned around and wrapped my arms around her neck.

"You as well" I said making her laugh. We walked downstairs where, the girls, Zack and his friends, and a few other people were. We said hi and then went to the backyard. Y/n got in and put her hand out for me. I took it and stepped in the hot tub. Y/n grabbed her phone and turned on her playlist. I sat down in the water and tilted my head back. I heard the back door open and I looked, it was Eva and Connor, both in bathing suits. I looked at y/n and she was spaced out, staring at Eva. What the hell. I mean don't get me wrong I trust y/n 100% and I trust Eva but the way y/n was looking at her pissed me off. I splashed her with water and she looked at me.

"Sorry" she said. I sighed and nodded. Eva and Connor got in the hot tub and we all sat in silence for a bit.

"So y/n how are you doing? With your mom and stuff" Eva asked. Y/n looked at her and then back at me.
