Not ready

Anna-
I miss y/n so much. My mom brought me on a stupid trip to Florida for a few weeks and she didn't even ask if I wanted to stay home. Fortunately y/n and I did get to go on our date. She took me to a drive in then we went to the pier for sunset and at the end of the night she took me back home and we ended the night with a kiss. I left the next day though which sucks. It's only been a week and I'm literally losing my mind without her. I miss her touch. I miss cuddling with her and watching movies. I miss the feeling of her lips on mine. Oh my gosh I wish I could kiss her so bad right now. Maybe I should call her? Yea I should. I picked up my phone and looked for y/n's contact. I clicked it and pressed FaceTime. It rang a few times and she answered, she was all sweaty and out of breath.

"Hey freshman" she said taking a drink of water.

"Hey stupid" I said resting my head on my hand. "Why you so out of breath?" I asked giggling.

"I was working out. Tryouts are coming up I gotta get back in shape" she said. "I miss you" she added looking down.

"I miss you too" I said with a bright smile, making her smile.

"You having fun on your trip?" She asked.

"No. It'd be more fun if you were here" I said. She looked up at me with a smirk. "What?" I asked, suspicious. She put something up to the camera, a plane ticket.

"I'm coming to Florida" she said with a bright smile.

"NO WAY! Wait but what about tryouts?" I asked.

"I lied they're not until the beginning of October" she said. I jumped up and down excitedly.

"Wait when will you be here?" I asked.

"Early tomorrow. So one more late night FaceTime then we can cuddle all night" she said still smiling. I CANT WAIT. We stayed on FaceTime for a while until she had to go so she could shower. Me, my mom, and brothers went down to the beach for a few hours before going back to our Airbnb for the night. When we got home I had 5 missed calls from y/n, 3 missed FaceTime calls, and like 30 texts asking if I was ok or if something happened. God she's so clingy and paranoid, but it's cute. I giggled and FaceTimed her. She answered right away.

"Hey you ok?" She asked.

"Yea I'm fine me and my family went to the beach, I didn't bring my phone" I said. She smacked her forehead.

"Sorry for blowing up your phone I'm an idiot" she said plopping down on her bed.

"No you're not and it's completely fine I think it's cute you were worried" I said. She nodded and smiled. It was quiet for a few seconds so I went on pause and started changing out of my bikini.

"Hey why'd you go on pause" y/n asked. I laughed.

"Cause I'm changing" I said giggling.

"Ooh can I see?" She said.

"Ha ha. No" I said.

"Rude" she said sarcastically. I laughed and put on and oversized t-shirt, then picking up my phone going off pause. "Aw there's your cute face" she said making me blush. I hid my face in my pillow for a second before looking at her again.

"Ughhh I wish I could kiss you right noww" I said letting out a groan.

"Tomorrow" she said laying down keeping her laptop where I can see her. I smiled and hung up, then calling her again on my laptop so we could fall asleep on the phone. She answered right away again. Her room was lit up red from her led lights. The room I was in was dark because well I was in an Airbnb. My face was lit up red though from the brightness on my laptop. Me and y/n just talked until she fell asleep. I could tell she was tired all day especially when I called her after the beach. I watched her sleep for a little, thinking about seeing her tomorrow. I soon felt myself drift off to sleep.
