Anna- I woke up, still in the hospital. I have no clue what time it is. I look over to see y/n no longer next to me, but on her made bed by the nurses. She was shirtless holding Alexis close to her. I smiled and got up, heading to the bathroom. I pulled my iv along with me. I went to the bathroom soon coming out seeing y/n putting Alexis down in her temporary crib thing that the nurses brought her in. She looked up at me with a warm smile.
"She already loves me more" she says. I shake my head at her and roll my eyes.
"That'll change soon enough" I say. She wraps her hand around my waist and we look at our baby. She's beautiful, she looks like y/n in my eyes. She has y/n's curly hair, her natural skin tone, naturally tan the both of them, and my blue eyes. She has y/n's nose and her plump lips, she looks just like y/n. I think she says she looks like me to make me feel better. But there's no way she actually thinks that.
"Hey baby?" Y/n says rubbing my back.
"Yea?" I asked. She sighed and turned to me. I gave her a worried look.
"Do you think we should take her back to La? We've been gone long enough huh? The girls barley know anything just that you were pregnant and that was the last time we spoke to them so, what? 7 months? 6 and a half? I think we should go back. With the job I've kept steady the past few months and the cars I've fixed up, I can sell them by the end of the month and we'll have enough to get ourselves a small town home for the three of us." She says taking a quick glance down to Alexis then coming back to me.
"Sounds good my love." I say. She smiles at me and kisses my forehead.
"Okay go back to sleep I'll take care of her, your parents are coming to see her in a couple hours get some sleep I'll be up to keep an eye on her, I got it." She says. I nod and climb into the hospital bed.
Y/n- Anna's parents just got here. They texted me. They're on their way up from the gift shop, they got her a few things along with a stuffed animal I requested for her, I guess they got Alexis some baby clothes so she's not just in a diaper and blanket for the rest of the day. Knowing Anna's parents they probably went all out- speaking of which they just knocked. I got up and opened the door. I was right they had target bags with diapers, wipes, and clothes. I laughed and welcomed them.
Anna woke up soon after letting them in she smiled at them and they gave her gentle hugs. The doctor came in seconds later. So much is happening.
"Well hello ms Anna! Are you ready to go home? I see you have some friends!" The doctor says happily.
"Yes please get me out of here" Anna says. We all laugh at her desperation.
"Well good for you, I just finished your paperwork, you're all set and can hit the road!" He says. Anna happily sighs and takes my hand. Once the doctor leaves I help her up and into the bathroom, bringing her extra clothes with us. She dressed herself and soon after we came out of the bathroom the nurse came to take out her iv and check Alexis' vitals.
"Everything's good, I wish you all a happy life" she says, leaving. Me and Anna smile. I gather Alexis' things and grab the extra blanket left for us. I load her up into the car seat Anna's parents brought and we were on our way.
Time skip-
Anna- Welp Alexis is officially a week old and we're headed back to La, this time we decided to actually road trip it. Y/n wanted her jeep at our new permanent home in La, speaking of which we found a beautiful town home,

It's not too far from the girls and it's near a nice beach, and there's strip malls and stores just a few miles from it's location. I think it's perfect and I hope y/n does too. We haven't bought it yet but we've got it on hold, it's perfect for our budget and perfect for our family. There's two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms. There's a deck located on the roof, and a balcony on the frontside of the house coming off of the master bedroom. There's also a basement that y/n chooses to turn into a theater.
"Whatchu thinking about baby?" Y/n asks slipping her hand on my knee from the front seat.
"Just our new home, hoping everything will work out" I say.
"It will my love. We got this" she says smiling at me through the rear view mirror. I smile back at her and look at Alexis. A perfect life for my perfect girl.
