Nine

Hailey stared into the fire as Harry told them about Voldemort. She was confused about who was helping him. Hailey felt her sister grab her hand making her smile. "But if he comes back, you don't think that he would try to kill you." Ron says.

"I think if he'd had the chance, he might have tried to kill me tonight. Along with Hailey."

Hailey saw Lily and sighed. "And to think, I've been worrying about my Potions final!" Ron said with a gulp.

"Hang on a minute. We're forgetting one thing. Who's the one wizard Voldemort always feared?" Hermione said.

Hailey smiled as the boys shrugged making her speak finally. "Dumbledore. As long as he is around, you're safe Harry." Hailey tells him making him smile slightly.

Later that day, the four walked through the court yard. Hermione talking about the exam, which Hailey actually liked, but she was worried about Harry. "Harry, is something wrong?"

"My scar. It's burning." He tells her as Hailey looked at his scar.

"Has it happened before?" Hermione asked.

"Not like this." He replies and hissed in pain. Hailey felt bad for him.

"Perhaps you need to see the nurse."

"No. I think its a warning. That danger is coming." Harry says. "Of course."

"What is it?" Hailey asked as Harry grabbed her hand and started running towards the hut. "Harry?"

"Don't you think it's a bit odd that what Hagrid wants more than anything is a dragon, and a stranger shows up and just happens to have one?" Hailey started thinking as they approach Hagrid, who is playing the Harry Potter theme on his flute. "I mean, how many people wander around with dragon eggs in their pockets? Why didn't I see it before? Hagrid, who gave you the dragon egg?" Hagrid stops playing. "What did he look like?" Harry asked.

"I don't know. I never saw his face. He kept his hood up."

"So this stranger, you and him must have talked." Hailey says.

"Well, he wanted to know what sort of creatures I looked after. I told him. I said, "After Fluffy, a dragon's gonna be no problem." Hagrid tells them making Hailey sigh as she knew where this was goin."

"So he was interested in Fluffy." Hailey says.

"Well, of course he was interested in Fluffy! How often do you come across a three headed dog, even if you're in the trade? But I told him. I said, "The trick with any beast is to know how to calm him. Take Fluffy, for example, just play him a bit of music and he falls straight to sleep."

Hailey gasped as they ran off with Hagrid calling them back. They figured out just who exactly was after that stone. "We need to tell Dumbledore about this now."

"Lets go find him." Harry said as they ran off.
