Twenty six

"Harry?" Hailey says as he starts to wake up. "Hey, are you okay?"

"Yeah." He says as Lupin hands over chocolate causing Harry to take it.

Hailey looked at him as he asked questions to Lupin before he left. She hugged him as he held her. He thought she was in danger. "What happened?" He asked as he started playing with Hailey's hair.

The blonde saw her sister smirking at her gaining a shut up look. Ron continued talking about what he felt as did Hermione. "Hailey?"

"Hmm?"

"What did you feel?"

"Cold. I couldn't feel my body at all or hear and then...all I saw was a big bright light." She looked at her sister. "Did I do anything?"

"You screamed Harry's name." Hermione tells her.

Hailey was confused. "Do they really think Sirius is on here? Yet, they attacked Harry. Something about this doesn't seem right."

"What do you mean?"

"Why did the dementors go after Harry unless there is a reason. What that reason is, we have to find out." Hailey tells them. "This year, I think we are going to learn a lot."

Later on that night, Harry and Hailey sat talking as Ron and Hermione slept. "So you really felt like that." She nodded. "Hailey, I only stood in front of you to protect you."

"I know, but I believe that it was actually targeting you." She tells him. "Whatever is happening and why they attacked you, I'm going to help you find answers. Promise."

Harry smiled as she laid her head against his shoulder. He kissed her head as he knew that she will always be there for him. Closing his eyes, Harry drifted off to sleep. Outside of the door, Lupin looked at the golden four and knew that Hailey Granger is one smart girl. Once she discovers why the dementors attacked Harry, Harry will know and he will be pissed. If only people knew the real story.
