Chapter 20

Lucifer Leviathan's rage

Asmodeus and I arrived on the sandy beach and watched my vacation house being torn to shreds.

"What the fuck is going on now," my son mumbled curiously. I gritted my teeth seeing Leviathan's long serpent tail whipping my home's walls down. I quickly transformed to my huge demon and ran towards my home.

I snarled angrily at my raging son.

"Stop it this instant," I growled menacingly. Leviathan coils around and his huge dragon scaled face comes before me.

"The humans stole our children and even destroyed several," he sneered and exhaled a large burst of flames. I felt a burning hatred consume me as well. I could see his mate huddled in the corner weeping.

"Let's go get them back, where did they take them," I asked curiously. He pointed out towards the ocean.

"A whaling ship, for hunting purposes, named precious memories, I managed to save six eggs, the others," he growled painfully. I nodded and extended my leathery wings. I watched Asmodeus change into his large demon.

"Let's go damn some humans and save my grandchildren," I yelled and flapped my wings telling Leviathan to lead the way. We all headed east. I watched Cleo dive and swim quickly, trying to keep up with Leviathan's serpent. He was larger than I'd ever seen him before and figured it was due to his anger. I could see the ship in the distance and watched as my son created a whirlpool underneath it. You're forgetting you need to board the vessel to collect the eggs hothead, I growled some sense into his brain. He calmed and Cleo jumped up. I watched in horror as the humans loaded a harpoon and shot it in precisely the same time she had jumped up from the depths. FUCK, was all I could mutter as her lifeless body sank down under the surface. A horrendous growl echoed across the surface of the ocean and my son raised from the depths in a murderous rage. Asmodeus started to go towards him and I grabbed his calf.

"He's too far gone, all we can do is wait until he's finished," I sighed sadly. I noticed a green shimmer in the ocean and raised my brow curiously.

"Look at that, is that a merfolk, I thought they were all extinct," I mumble in confusion as I eyed my son. We flew down closer and sure enough Leviathan's growl had brought him his brethren. I watched as an attractive female started to climb up his back wanting to get his attention. Leviathan turned and looked at her in shock. She bent to his ear and spoke with him. He nodded and smiled. I was flabbergasted. I flew down the rest of the way to find out what was going on. Leviathan had shrunk himself to his normal sized serpent demon and the merfolk female was swimming next to him holding a seaweed basket.

"She witnessed what the humans were doing and retrieved the eggs from their smaller boat," Leviathan sighed painfully.

"My mate is dead and being devoured by several sharks," he added softly and the female ran her webbed hand across his forehead creating a bright iridescent light to shine on him.

"What was that and who are you," I asked curiously.

"I am Layla and I severed his bond so he's not in any more pain," she says softly, blinking her large dark eyes. I chuckled and Leviathan was looking curiously at the stunning creature. Leviathan's mother had been such a creature and I recalled that the sex had been fantastic.

"Let's get back to the island, please come back with us Layla," Leviathan grinned brightly and she shrugged. We all headed back and I questioned Leviathan on how he planned to fix my house. I will stay there and fix it, he muttered annoyingly, his eyes remaining on the merfolk. They are fabulous bedfellows, I chuckled softly in his mind and he questioned me curiously. Your mother was one, I state and he smiled brightly. We approached our island and everyone stepped up onto the beach. All my son's mouths dropped open at the merfolk female that walked nude up onto the sand. Her long green wet hair covered her perfect ass. She held the basket of eggs before her privates and didn't appear to mind being naked. She also walked perfectly on her two legs.
