I was sitting on the settee watching tv until I got a call from my brother
"Y/N I need you to look after Millie tonight" he immediately said
"Is everything alright" I asked concerned
"Yeah me and the misses need a night out I hope it's ok" he said
"Yeah it's fine bring her round" I said and hung up the phone
I cleaned around the house waiting on my 4 month old niece arriving
'Knock' 'knock' the door was knocking I went to answer it to find Alex
"Hi Alex is everything ok" I asked
"Ello luv joost fought I should visit yeh" he said letting himself in I didn't mind
"So what's yehr plans todaeh" he asked rubbing his hands together
"I'm babysitting my niece" I answered
"The babeh I can't wait to meet her" he said getting excited
About 20 minutes later of me and Alex chatting
The door knocked for a second time
"That's her" I said getting off the chair to open the door
"Hiya sis thanks again here's her bag and do you know what to do" my brother asked
"Yes I used to do this for you and our sister" I said I was the oldest since we lived with my dad he got married again and had more kids that were at least 13 years younger than me
I took Millie and took her to the living room
"Hiya princess are you staying with auntie Y/N tonight" I said in a gentle voice
"Let's 'ave a look at her" Alex said as I sat down beside him
"Oh she's gorgeous sheh looks like her aunteh" he said smiling
Millie was sleeping peacefully I placed her in a Moses basket I had in my living room for her
Me and Alex talked more until I heard Millie cry
"She'll be hungry Alex can you go in her bag and get the bottle for her" I asked picking hothead baby up "sure luv" he passed me the bottle I fed Millie and winded her changed her nappie "you seem to know what your doing" he said watching me take care of my baby niece
"Well I had siblings way younger than me I looked after" I said
"Can I 'old her please" Alex asked he seemed hesitant at first I placed Millie in his arms
"Alex I need to take a photo that is the cutest thing I have ever seen" I said
"Then take one luv" he chuckled
I got my phone and snapped a picture of The two
"She's so cute I can't wait to 'ave a kid of mEh own" Alex said looking at Millie with a smile
"Me too I always wanted a girl called codie or Melanie and a boy called sage or Jackson" I said looking at the pair
"There luvleh names" he said there was something in his eyes like joy and excitement
A few hours later I putted Millie to bed and me and Alex sat on the couch watching tv
"Yeh know yeh would be a amazing mum one daeh" Alex said looking at me
"You would make and Amazing dad" I said we made eye contact for a couple of seconds until Alex leaned in and kissed my lips I saw it coming I kissed back
Alex pulled away to breathe
"Sheh makes yeh want one of yeher own don't sheh" Alex said
"She does" I said back
"Y/N I really like you" Alex blurred out
"I like you to Alex" I said pecking his lips again
Millie started to cry again for another feed
It was heavily raining to go out so Alex stayed at my place he went to sleep on the couch
"You can take my bed" I said
"No luv it's fine I fink I'll be fine on the settee" he said taking his top off causing butterfly's in my stomach
"You sure" I said walking closer to his pecking his lips
"Fine but no funny business misses you got a babeh in 'ere" he smirked
"I would never" I joked
We went in my bed with Millie in the Moses basket beside me Alex spooned into me
"Y/N" he said
"Yes" responded "do yeh want to start dating" he asked
"I would love to Alex" replied turning my head to peck his lips
"Goodnight sweet dreams" he mumbled sleepily
"Goodnight god bless" I replied we say that all The time since I blurted out with it drunk once now it became our thing
