Operation Lokiara

After the little hug fest between Loki and I, I went back to the living room to grab my chips.

Only to find Barnes watching a Tv drama and eating my chips with his feet on the coffee table.

"BARNES!"

"Waahhh" He said with his mouth full.

"Why are you eating my chips?!"

"Fighders kephers Woosters Weepuhs!"

"Oh? Then I get to take the last plums from the fridge!"

"What?! NOO!" He said finally swallowing. "That's not how that works!"

"Finders keepers, loser weepers, remember? I don't see your name on em!" I said with a smirk. Acting totally childish was actually quite refreshing.

I took a bite out of the plum and sat down on the couch putting my feet in Bucky's lap.

"So I hear you've got a girl, Barnes. What's her name? And why haven't I met her yet?" I asked with a smirk.

He tensed.

"Shit was I not supposed to bring that up? I'm sorry Buck..."

"No. No... it's okay. Not many people outside or inside this tower know about her for that matter. She goes by Cipher. You know how Stark goes by Iron Man? Well yeah she goes by Cipher. She's amazing. And there's not much I can tell you about her, because most of the information is classified due to possible endangerment to SHIELD and to the team."

"Oh I see. So she's like a super undercover spy or something?"

"You could say that..." he said popping another chip in his mouth. "She's also on a lot of 'out of state and country' missions."

"I get it. Must be tough though... Is it more of a long distance relationship? Or?..."

"Yeah kind of. I mean Nat helps me set up a video chat with her every other day. And FRIDAY helps me send her texts."

"That's cool. Hey what would you say if I told you I had a crush on someone in the tower?"

"Depends on who it is really..." he said pausing his show.

"What if I said it was a uh... how should I put it.... a guy with dark hair?"

"Let's see... Tony? Bruce? Loki? Me? Sam?"

"Who do you think?"

"Well Tony has a girl already, Bruce is too introverted for your taste, I got a gal already, Loki?... eh he's still got a bit of work to do... Sam is most likely not looking for anything serious right now... I dunno?"

"Promise you won't be mad?" I asked.

He looked at me like 'what did you do?...'

"You gotta promise or I'm not spilling the beans." I said looking at him sternly.

He rolled his eyes and groaned. "I promise."

"It's Loki..." I whisper shouted.

"HIM?! Okay I can understand you maybe liking Tony cuz why not? But HIM?!"

"Buck need I remind you that he is working on his problems?!"

"Just because he's working on them doesn't mean he'll get better!"

"Oh?! Like you can talk?!" I said getting up.

I was ready to walk away when he said, "Look Ellie I just don't want you getting hurt... I know your strong and you've lived a long life... but that doesn't mean you don't have a breaking point... just be careful. Okay?"

"Yeah... whatever." I said walking off.

I can't believe this! Is that how everyone will react when I let them know? And what if word gets back to Loki? I mean we just mended things, and besides there's no way he feels the same...

I sighed as I walked back to my room. Once I reach my destination I close he door behind me, and plop down in my bed. I groan into my pillow and flip over.

What is wrong with me?! I meet one guy who can and has lived just about as long as I have, and suddenly I'm like a school girl with an unhealthy obsession with the bad boy on the block!

"Okay guys, I need an honest opinion!" Said tony turning around in his swivel chair.

"On what?" Steve said growing tired of being here without a reason.

"Okay I know Loki is still not fully trustworthy and he did try to take over New York but.... and hear me out on this! But what if he and Elliara were a thing?!" He said biting his lip hoping the rest of them would feel as excited at the prospect as he was.

"I'd be happy for them. In a way they compliment each other." Wanda said.

"I don't particularly like Loki or believe in that kind of Love, but if it makes her happy, then I'm game for it." Nat said.

Steve looked very unsure. Sam shrugged and nodded slowly, hesitant but agreeing with them.

Bruce didn't want to talk about it so he just gave tony a look.

Thor was excited. "I love it! I say we get them together!"

Wanda and Nat shared a look and smirked.

"We're with Thor on that one." Answered Nat for them.

Tony grinned almost evilly.

He pulled out a holographic of a plan out of nowhere.

"Then let operation Lokiara commence!"
