Chapter 10

Third Person POV
Natsu allowed Lucy to sleep seeing as he had just put her through a heart attack. After they had gotten back she went and changed and came back to the kitchen to prepare his dinner. She looked absolutely exhausted, and was, but she realized she still had a job to do as a slave.

Natsu had told her to go get some sleep since it had been a long day. She wasn't about to argue an order that's for sure. Especially one where it involved her and her bed with dreams. Although they may not be good ones.

He sat at his table, waiting for his food and his thoughts drifted to today. Well the good parts anyways. The way she talked so freely. How innocent she looked as the breeze blew her hair from her shoulders. She seemed happy, and it made him happy that he was the cause. Although she did talk a lot about her life before she came here. Even though it's only been a week.

Still it astounds him that it only took a week for him to realize that he didn't want to hurt her the way he hurt the others. When she was scared, or sad, or even the rage he felt when he realized Lisanna had beat her. Never has he felt this way about someone before. Never has he ever looked at someone and thought 'I just want them to smile all the time.'

He didn't know what it was he was feeling, but he didn't mind it in the slightest.

"Here is your food Sir Dragneel." Virgo said as she placed the food on the table. It's an assortment of meats and vegetables along with a few desserts. He starts eating his food, basically inhaling it. It didn't take him long to finish and when he did he stood and walked out of the dining room.

His first stop was Lucy's room, to see if she was still sleeping and to make sure she was ok. He didn't want her to feel scared or hurt by him. After all he was only trying to play. When he reached her room and entered only to be met by the sight of a frantic looking Lucy. She seemed to be hurriedly getting dressed, putting her shoes on.

"Master Natsu! I-I'm so sorry I oversleot! I'll have your dinner ready in just a few moments! I'm so sorry!" She stood and began walking towards the exit of her room, head down deliberately avoiding eye contact. As she tried to walk past him he grabbed her hand and brought her to a halt.

She fearfully looked towards him, her breathing slightly erratic as she made eye contact with him.

"Don't worry Luce. I wanted to let you sleep. I told you that you could nap." He said with a chuckle. "Virgo already made me dinner. And besides I wouldn't have been mad anyways. You can go back to bed if you want."

Lucy's breathing seemed to calm at this point and her shoulders relaxed. She sighed with relief and nodded her head with a small smile. She had forgotten he told her to nap because of her panic attack earlier.

"Sorry. I guess I didn't realize how tired I actually was." She smiled.

"Get some rest." Natsu says with a small smile. "You have chores to finish in the morning, and I don't want you to be exhausted tomorrow while doing them." Lucy nodded and smiled, bowing for her master. He didn't necessarily like when she did these things, and he still didn't understand why. He wasn't going to punish her anymore, but he wasn't going to stop her from obeying him until he figured out what was going on inside his head. Nodding, he walked away from her and towards his bedroom.

Upon entering, he slumped on his bed face first into the pillow, groaning as he did so. He liked how she made him feel, yet at the same time almost despised it. It made him feel almost a little weak. And all this has happened in only the time span of a week! He didn't like it, and he knew it wasn't just lust. He knew what that felt like, and man did he regret giving into it. Especially now.

However she did deserve to be locked up. She was getting a high and mighty attitude even before the blonde had entered his life. He had been getting tired of her long before the recent events that took place. Thinking of the white haired devil, he thought to pay her a visit. Standing from his bed, he walked towards the entrance of the dungeon where he would find Lisanna in her cell.

Lucy's POV
It was odd that Natsu had let me sleep. I guess I had forgotten the scene I had caused. Except I don't understand why I feel bad for worrying him. He kidnapped me! Oh no I can not be developing Stockholm syndrome right now. I gotta find a way to escape and soon.

But right now I'm not going to dwell over it, I'll just be grateful I got off clean this time, because it might not be that way next time. I'm not tired enough to sleep yet since I just woke up from a nap, so I decide that I'll just go to the library behind Natsu's throne. I hope he doesn't mind, better yet I hope he just doesn't catch me at all.

I feel like he's just a ticking time bomb and he could explode at any second. That and I don't know him at all. Last week he was aggressive and scary, and now he's calm and kind. I don't understand his emotions in the slightest, and I'm not trying to get to know them. I just want to escape and go back home where my friends are.

I walk down the corridor of my bedroom and head towards the throne room, almost directly across from it. I don't see Natsu at all, and so I take this as my chance to run towards the entrance of the library. While I've been in here before it still amazes me how big it is. So many books to stay entertained and I have access to it all. Well, when he's not around that is. Or when I'm doing chores.

I pick a random book off the shelf and sit in a chair and begin to read. It's about constellations and star alignments and it's more interesting than I would expect it to be. I settle into the chair and dive into the stories it offers.

Third Person POV
Natsu leans against the cells opposite of Lisanna's watching her wimpering form. She's curled into a ball, shivering and crying. He couldn't blame her, it was cold down here and she was wearing nothing but a short shirt and a low cut tank top. He couldn't care less though. She hurt Lucy and for some reason that pissed him off more than he wanted to admit.

"N-Natsu please." Lisanna shivered. Hearing her voice made him grit his teeth. "I-I'm sorry. I w-won't touch her a...again." She chattered out. "B-but please...let me o-out." Natsu just stared as she begged to be let out. She had moved to where she was facing him, sitting on her knees. Her hands were gripping the cold bars until her knuckles were white and she had tears in her eyes.

He couldn't care less however, and rolled his eyes at her feeble attempt to get out of the cell.

"Lisanna you found security in a place you never had it. You developed pride and a superiority complex because we did things together occasionally. And I have to tell you, I didn't enjoy it much. And I regret it. You hurt one of my slaves as if you thought you were any different? Who did you think you were to do that?!" Natsu was getting angry and he felt it. He was tempted to let it consume him, but he kept it under control.

"B-but she was ch-changing y-you." Her teeth clattered as she spoke and he found it quite annoying. "I-I thought that we...we had s-something s-special!" She cried out.

"No you're just upset that I don't want you anymore." He said harshly. "Get over yourself I stopped wanting you after the first time. I regret it all." He whispered the last part though. Natsu took a deep breath and shook his head. "Lisanna..." he came in close to her face, staring her in her tear glossed eyes. "You thought...way wrong." And the tears spilt, however she was silent. She sniffled a couple of times and Natsu just rolled his eyes. "Maybe you should think twice before doing something without my permission. But you'll never have that opportunity again. I am never letting you out."

With that Natsu headed towards the exit of the dungeon as he ignored Lisanna's pleas for mercy. He didn't care though. He knew Lucy was going to be safe and that gave him comfort. If she got out he didn't know if he would be able to sleep at night.

Y'all I just graduated high school oh my goodness and now I'm going to college in less than a month🤭. I am so sorry that it has taken this long for me to update and to be honest I haven't really been on wattpad at all because I've been so busy. I do plan on finishing this story, but I definitely didn't think it would take this long? I have the worst problem with writers block so any suggestions for fillers or cute mini plots would be greatly appreciated. I also love hearing your feedback :) thanks for sticking with me even though it's take only a hundred years for this update. I apologize and I'll try to be more consistent!
