Everything felt magical, like we were living our happily ever after in that one moment. All eyes were on us as we hexpressed nothing but true love for one another. Kyle's strength never ceases to amaze me, from that game of ring toss to punching that wall, I wonder what other kind of powers he'll soon possess? He can already control the winds, but I fear that he may have way too much power that it can overwhelm him. Then there's that warning from Mr. Badwolf about his true nature. With my princess power, I can call humans and nature to my rescue, but there's a limit to it. They can understand me, but I can't fully understand what they are saying unlike my mother. So that means Kyle must have a limit somewhere, right?

I mean his friends all have powers too, but not as intense as Kyle's. Stan is a hexcellent swordsman, a hero that can rival Daring's skills altogether. Cartman is training with Raven to master his sorcery. Poor Raven, having to deal with him isn't easy. I told her just to give him all the food he wants and he should cooperate just fine and it seems to be working so far. Kenny is amazing with his bow and arrows that he was even asked to join the school archery team. He told me that a few rats kept following him everywhere one day and eventually he was able to summon them at will, hence how he was able to summon that swarm in Princessology.

Their story is becoming more of a reality here in Ever After with each passing day, the only problem is that there is no hexact story for them. If only Cartman could remember what he wrote, then I can know how to help them. How to plan and to help them with their final decisions before 'The End.'

Charm ya later,

Apple Wh-

Apple was jotting down her final notes of the day when her MirrorPhone rang. She glanced at the caller ID: Mom.

'Why is she calling now?' Apple wondered.

Considering her mother's hectic schedule running the Kingdom, a call from her was a monthly treat at best. It had been over a month since their last conversation, right after school started. Perhaps it was time for their monthly check-in? The realization struck Apple that time had flown by, and now the Thronecoming dance was just this Saturday.

"Once upon a hi, Mom," Apple chirped in a cheery high pitch as she answered.

Her mother's image appeared on the screen.

'Great... now I'm on video call...'

"Apple honey, I'm calling because I'm concerned about you."

'What is she concerned about? So, she didn't call to just say hello...' Apple pieced together.

"You're at the bottom for popularity and your grades aren't that fairest either," she said in a serious tone.

Apple caught her mother's gaze flitting across the room, landing on the mirror with a hint of concern.

"What's that on your mirror?" Snow's voice held a note of worry, as if she was gearing up for an interrogation.

Apple simply shook her head.

"It's just a close friend. We took a picture together for fun. It's no big deal, really."

Snow White's eyebrow arched inquisitively at her daughter.

"And who might he be?" Her usually high-pitched voice took on a deeper tone.

"He's the future Elven King, so there's no need to worry—he's of royal blood," Apple replied with a sigh.

Snow's eyes grew wide at her daughter's response, a reaction Apple hadn't anticipated.

"My, my, that's hardly the tone a princess should use, young lady!" Snow reprimanded, her expression stern enough to feel like a slap through the screen.

"You need to get your act together, Apple, this is your last year before your adulthood. Pretty soon, your destiny will take off and then you will be here in my shoes, running this entire kingdom. Do you even care about our happily ever after?"

"Of course I care about our happily ever after," Apple retorted.

Becoming the next Snow White and embracing her destiny had always been Apple's dream. She was determined to show everyone that she could succeed by being true to herself, not merely a shadow of her mother's legacy. To rise as her own person and to be free to do whatever she wanted. To go wherever she wanted, to love whoever she wanted.

"Then prove it. Elevate your grades. Regain your popularity," Snow White's voice echoed from the screen.

Apple bowed her head, feeling nauseated at the thought of slipping back into her former self.

"Mother, why do I have to be popular? I can understand my grades, but popularity? I don't see how that deals with being the 'fairest one of all?' The fairest is always about having a loving heart, not of vanity."

Vanity was for the Evil Queen, one that Raven's mother was full of.

"Popularity makes you well known, Snow White is well known," her tone began to convert back to normal.

'Yeah... well so is the Evil Queen...'

"I know you won't me down Apple pie."

With that, she hung up.
