As Harry and Hermione landed on another forest somewhere in the UK, Adelle wasn't that far off behind them. She hid behind a tree. When she heard the witch chant the enchantments, she slid down the tree and sighed.
She could practically hear Thea and Five scolding her already. She pursed her lips in confusion when she looked and the two were gone.
Adelle only relaxed when she heard their conversation. Realizing that Hermione had done the enchantments perfectly, she let out a breath and listened.
"I am telling you Hermione she was there-" "Enough Harry. We ought to change your glasses soon." She grumbled.
Adelle's face dropped and so did her heart. It felt like she was being stomped on hearing the lack of hope Hermione had on her. But she couldn't blame her, she did leave.
She gulped and accidentally stepped on a branch. It broke and she froze. She saw Harry run outside the tent but before she could move she felt a presence behind her so she pushed the person to the tree.
Thea grunted and gripped Adelle's wrist. The Green's glare faded and let go of her sister. But Thea continued to glare at her, "Where the hell have you been-" "Shh!" Adelle said.
She ran to a tree and peaked to see Ron standing in front of Hermione. The boy was smiling as well as Harry. She breathed out, she was lucky that the redhead was returning.
Adelle watched and listened as Thea watched her. She saw the longing in Elle's eyes and she gulped. Feeling guilty that she pulled her away from everyone.
"Hey." Ron said. Hermione narrowed her eyes at him, "You. Complete. Ass. RONALD WEALSEY!" she yelled as she stormed up to him and hit him with his own bag.
"You disappear for a weak and you say hey!?" Hermione yelled with disbelief. Adelle's heart leaped, she was seeing her favorite scene happening right before her eyes.
Hermione then turned to Harry, "Where's my wand?" she asked. "I don't know." Harry said as his smile dropped. "Why's he got your wand?" Ron asked confused.
"Doesn't matter why he has my wand." Hermione said with a roll of her eyes. She stormed up to Harry, "Harry Potter you give me my wand!" she yelled as she rushed to him. Harry stumbled on the tree behind him, "I don't have it!" he yelled.
Hermione groaned and looked at Ron, "What's that?" she asked as she pointed to the sword.
"We gave it to him." Irene said as she walked with Venna to them. Adelle gasped but Thea pulled her back and apparated away.
Irene furrowed her eyebrows and looked at the place where she heard apparrating. "What was that?" she asked worried.
Venna hummed and turned to them, "Someone's been following you?" she asked. Harry gulped and Hermione scoffed, "Harry has been seeing things-" "And you didn't tell us?" Venna asked as she pinched the bridge of her nose.
