The group had landed on the beach. They all immediately stood up and saw Adelle standing from afar. She tilted her head at them.
She didn't know how they will react. She saw the anger in Hermione's eyes and the relief in Ron's. She saw Luna running to the group and when she saw Adelle she let out a sob.
Harry stared at her, he walked to her but she stopped him. Everyone looked at her confused but she just smiled. The sound of the waves crashing and the wind blowing their hair around.
"I knew you wouldn't leave. I just knew it." Harry said. Adelle smiled at him and nodded, "Thank you." She mouthed to him.
She then looked at everyone, "I'm sorry." She said. Hermione shook her head, "You think an apology would suffice you missing?" she asked.
Tears flowed down her cheeks but Adelle smiled when Ron pulled her to him. "I know. But I never did. Every time I thought I was dreaming and seeing you three. I was there." she said with nod.
Harry's eyes glistened, "You were the figure." He concluded. Adelle smiled wider and nodded.
"I would have thought Hermione would get it but I realized she was angry and I understand." She said. Ron shook his head, "Just come back." He said.
Adelle's heart broke but the smile didn't falter. "You have to get the cup and the diadem Harry-"
"It's fake. Why would it matter?" Harry asked. Adelle smiled, "Because that is your mission." She said.
Hermione then let out a cry and shook her head, "Just come back and help us please." She begged.
Adelle hummed and sniffed, she heard her sisters coming so she gulped, "Tell them I'm sorry." She said as she motioned to the figures running to them.
Luna shook her head, "Please don't leave again." She cried. Adelle's heart broke and her eyebrows furrowed. She hated the fact that these people, the same people that she used to read about.
Strong and independent people were begging her to stay. "You are all strong. You do not need me." She said.
Ron shook his head, "But we do." He said. "Don't leave Elle." Luna cried as Harry grabbed her. Adelle smiled, "I'll be back. I just have one more thing to do." She said.
"Damn what you have to do! We need you here!" Luna yelled which made Adelle stop. Never once did she imagine the girl in front of her curse.
"I need you. The trio needs you. Cho needs you, your sisters, Sirius, Remus and Tonks. They all need you! Draco needs you!" Luna yelled.
Adelle gulped, "I never truly left." She said. She knew her clock was ticking. She felt her father find the note and her sisters heartbeats became louder.
