Irene found herself protecting the injured. She stood in front of the Great Hall doors that were torn down. She was with Arthur and Kingsley. Hermione and Ron were trying to find Neville to give the sword so he can fulfill his badass moment as written.
She was then hit on the side. She fell on the floor and groaned, looking up she saw Peter Pettigrew pointing his wand at her.
"You could have lived Miss Green. If only you made the same choice as I did." He said. Irene scoffed, "Why would I choose the choice of a coward?" she asked as she slowly tried to get her wand.
Peter scoffed, "You could have saved yourself Irene. The right choice to save yourself." He said as he summoned for her wand.
Irene didn't know if the man in front of her was ignorant or he just didn't know. "I choice the right one Pettigrew. I will not be a coward like you." She said as she jumped to her feet.
She threw her arms to the side and threw fire at the unsuspecting death eaters. The wizard looked at her in shock and pointed his wand at her but she wasn't done.
Irene opened her palms, "Now, panic." She said as she took control of his emotions. It was like a switch and the wizard fidgeted.
His chest tightened and his heart had started to beat faster. He felt the panic consume him. "Stop that." He said but Irene tilted her head at him. The fire around started to grow as she walked closer to the man, "Cry." She said with a clench of her jaw.
The tears flowed down the man's cheeks. He shook his head and wiped his face but they didn't stop. "What are you doing?" he demanded. He dropped her wand and she immediately grabbed it. She smirked, "Beg." She said as she saw Bianca behind him.
Pettigrew fell on his knees, "I'm sorry. Please. Please. Make it stop. Please." He did as he was told. Bianca got a hold of his head and the man froze. "M-Miss Slytherin." He stuttered as the tears fell from his eyes.
The girl scoffed, "You're right. I am Slytherin, blood and all but not like the people you serve." She said and turned him so he was facing her. She stared into his eyes, the man shaking in fear, "I want you to relive your betrayal. What you did to James and Lily Potter. Remember." She said with a snicker.
Bianca pushed him to the ground. The sisters watched as the man broke down on the ground. They shared a look when he pointed his wand to his temple. He let out a cry as they saw him crumble, "Please tell Remus and Sirius, I'm sorry." He begged.
With a close of his eyes, a jet of green light was pushed out of his wand and he laid there, lifeless on the ground. Bianca sighed and threw out water as she extinguished the fire before it destroyed the castle.
Irene gulped and shook her head and helped her. Summoning back the fire as they looked around.
More death eaters were coming and that's when they saw their youngest sister standing in front of the arch way facing the hoard. They were about to run to her but she did something else, something everyone saw.
