Chapter 23

I started making my debut in New York, and became known as the hero named Blast. I didn't pick the name, but when the people I bitch-slapped with my paws would fly off into the sky, I got recognition as a hero who blasted their enemies away, Blast. That was funny. They made Team Rocket differences and didn't even know it.

Tony had become Iron Man and defeated Obadiah Stane. I made contact with him, and we became friends. I helped him progress his armor development a lot faster. The Ark reactor Tony put inside his chest was poisonous to him, but Howard was still alive. So Howard and Tony managed to make the improved Ark reactor way ahead of schedule. I used the [Ope Ope no Mi] to remove all the shrapnel from Tony's body.

When Ivan Vanko came to Malibu to take down Tony and Howard as revenge for his father, Tony defeated him pretty easily. When Justin Hammer teamed up with Ivan to make more iron suits and unleashed them at the Stark Expo, I teamed up with Tony to take down all the offenders.

I'd also managed to help Rogue, a member of the X-Men, control her powers so that she didn't hurt other people. She was really thankful to be able to touch people again. Finally, I heard about a Hammer in New Mexcio from S.H.I.E.L.D. I knew this was my best chance to get involved with space travel. I headed to New Mexico.

I came as my normal persona, the famous scientist and doctor, Anna Vita. I met up with the physicists Eric Selvig, Jane Foster, and Darcy Lewis and helped them investigate the Hammer along with the strange phenomena they'd noticed in the New Mexico desert. I met Thor as well.

When the Destroyer came, and was destroying the town, I appeared in my Blast persona. I protected the town with Thor's friends, while Thor himself managed to regain his powers and defeated the Destroyer with Mjolnir. Him and his friends were about to leave to Asgard, but I asked if they could take me with them. I could help.

They'd seen my combat prowess already, and felt like I could be helpful (especially after I revealed to only Thor that I was actually one of his friends, Anna Vita, who'd helped him along with Eric, Jane, and Darcy). They also believed I had good moral character. So they brought me along. We fought off Frost Giants together, but Loki started setting up the Rainbow Bridge to destroy the home plant of the Frost Giants, Jotunheim. Anxious to stop him, Thor destroyed the Rainbow Bridge itself. Loki fell into the void, and they presumed he was dead.

I was brought to Odin's throne room.

Odin: "Thor, my son. Why have you brought this Midgardian to our homes? How dare you bring a human here?"

Thor: "This is an ally of mine, she is very intelligent and strong. She assisted me against the Destroyer, and I feel like I can trust her. She asked me if she could come along, and I felt like Asgard would need any assistance it could get if we were facing an invasion. So I brought her."

Odin: "You know we do not associate with lower lifeforms like her. She will be imprisoned for now."

I felt the need to interject at this moment.

Y/N: "First off, you're fucking welcome for helping defend Asgard. Second off, I can send myself back to Earth anytime I want. And third, you couldn't hold me if you tried."

He seemed greatly angered by this, and moved to stab me with his spear Gungnir. I managed to deflect his aim with the Paw fruit. I was angered seeing as he'd just stab me like that. Time to bring out the big guns. I started using the [Gura Gura no Mi], and began a massive Earthquake all over Asgard. Seeing that a fight with me might lead to his victory, but would still destroy Asgard in the process, he settled down.

Odin: "I can see that killing you would destroy Asgard. Very well mortal. You have proven your power. I will let you stay. What do you want from Asgard anyways? I don't imagine someone of your power would come just for defeating some Frost Giants."
