I got on board the Hogwarts Express. I spotted Harry and Ron together, I guess they'll still be close friends. I sat alone in my own compartment, and no one came to bother me for a while. It seems that I'd developed some strange reputation in the British magical society due to surviving the death of my parents but insisting to live alone. People had spread rumors that I was crazy, despite me not having done a single thing. How odd.

On the way, I briefly encountered Hermione Granger, who asked if I'd seen a toad on behalf of Neville Longbottom. I hadn't, and she went on her way pretty quickly. I was also greeted by the twins Fred and George Weasley. They were quite friendly, seeming to not buy into any of the rumors surrounding. They loved interacting with the chibi versions of all my bijuu familiars. I found myself laughing along to their jokes, but they were confused at how I could always tell them apart. I've decided. No matter what happens, all of the Weasleys will live through Voldemort's agenda. Because these two are the only ones I've met in this world who treated me like an ordinary witch. Even if I don't like some of the Weasleys, these two are enough to make me save the whole family.

As we arrived towards Hogsmeade Station, we parted ways. They promised we'd be friends even if I wasn't in Gryffindor. With that guarantee, I followed Hagrid on the boat ride all first-years have to take to Hogwarts. It was quite breathtaking, just like the movies made it out to be. We arrived and met up with Minerva McGonagall, a professor. She guided us to the Great Hall where the Sorting Hat lied. Everyone was sorted the same as canon. When it came time for me to go up, I made sure to create a false set of memories for the Sorting Hat to examine. Bound by oath or not, I refused to let the hat see my real memories. The hat sorted me into Ravenclaw.

We had a feast, but everyone at the Ravenclaw table seemed to be keeping their distance from me. I guess these rumors are pretty bad, oh well. Not that it bothers me too much, I enjoyed my food and talked to Cortana. I spotted Professor Quirinus Quirrell glaring at Harry. I suppose that Voldemort is still hanging out on the backside of Quirrell's head. Hmm, from what I remember, there should be a horcrux here. However if I destroy the one here Voldemort would probably find out. He didn't realize the state of the ones me and Sirius destroyed in canon until pretty late, so I'll just not do anything yet. I don't want him to realize and actually start hiding his horcruxes better. Honestly, what kind of idiot is he? Just leaving a horcrux of his at Hogwarts?

We were sent to our respective house dorms, and given our rooms. Interestingly, no one wanted to be with me so badly that a room was left entirely to me. Kids are the worst bullies huh. All my stuff was in my inventory, so I just slept. The next day, Professor Filius Flitwick handed us our schedules and then I headed to breakfast. After that, my daily life with classes started. There was an incident where Peeves tried to prank me, but I scared him off. After realizing I myself was half-ghost, he was terrified that something existed that could genuinely hurt or kill him and then left me alone from that point on.

As far as classes go, History of Magic was incredibly boring and I just slept through it. The class was taught by a ghost Professor Binns, and he was literally reading from the book. Transfiguration was pretty interesting, and McGonagall was a pretty good teacher too. Turning a match into a needle was easy to me, and I earned Ravenclaw some house points. In Defence Against the Dark Arts, Quirrell was pretty useless, a stuttering mess. I knew I'd learn nothing here, so I spent the time learning what the curriculum should contain directly from textbooks. In Potions, I wasn't a Gryffindor, so it was possible for me to earn good grades from the notorious Professor Severus Snape. He seemed to take interest in how prepared I was, and how easily I brewed the potion he told us to make. I toned down my skills a bit since being associated with Severus Snape couldn't be a good thing. Herbology was somewhat interesting, since magical plants seemed to come in all varieties. Flying lessons were also fun, I loved flying on a broom. While I could fly without one, I liked playing the part of a witch. Imagine showing up to save the day on a broom, in any world but this one. It'd be hilarious.
