All the family members were shocked while mahira was hell happy. Usse lga ki uski zindagi ki sbse bdi musibat jaa rhi h. Karan checked her body temp. It was as high as 104•

Karan panicked and asked Rishabh ki doctor kb aaenge.

Itne me doctor aa gye.

Doctor asked everyone to go out of the room.

In the room,  doctor was giving her injection ; whereas on the other side , Mahira was jealous watching karan's care and concern towards preeta. She acted to feel dizzy. Everyone was showing care towards her whereas our tkl was worried about preeta.

Sherlin knew it was mahira's acting To attract karan and gain his concern and care. As soon as mahira acted to fell down ( in karan's arms ) .

Karan moved forwards as he saw doctor coming out. He rushed and asked doctor what happened to her? Mahira fell on the floor only and Sameer, sherlin were giggling silenty ( ab ye mt puchna srishty kaha gyi. Sameer ne usse promise kr diya ki vo preeta ka dhyan rkhega isliye vo vaha se chli gyi) 

Doctor : mr. Luthra, ye apki kya lgti h? Apke care aur concern se toh apki wife lgti h 😌 ( prithvi Rishabh ko panchayti business man bulata h lekin aj kl toh saare hi panchayat krte rhte h)

Karan was going to speak suddenly kareena replied

Kareena : vo ldki hmari kuch nhi lgti.

Rakhi : Ji vo meri beti jaisi h ap btaiye usse kya hua h? Vo achanak se behosh kaise ho gyi?

Doctor : dekhiye mr. Luthra (ignoring everyone else)  apko inka khas dhyan rkhna hoga she seems to be dehydrated and taking a lot of stress. Vaise ap inke husband ko bula lijiye ho skta h aj inka fast ho!  Symptoms se toh lgta h ki she is suffering from depression.

Karan's POV

Preeta ne fast rkha h ? Apne husband ke liye lekin uska husband toh mai hi hu. Mtlb preeta ne mere liye (man me laddu phoot rhe h)  .

Karan : okay doctor,  i'll take care of her bss ap mujhe medicines vgairah bta dijiye.

Doctor : ap phle inke husband ko bula lijiye na

Kareena : apne kya krna h iske husband h. Interested for extra martial affair (doctor lady thi).

Doctor : oh just shut up!! Mujhe sirf unhe yeh khna tha ki take care of her unhe stress na lene de. Her health might get worse. Usse Khush rkhe.

Karan : ya sure doctor,  i will take care of her. Waise usse kab tk hosh aaega?

Doctor : abhi 10-15 mint tk aa jaega. Mai apko inki medicines bta deti hu. And make sure she needs complete bed rest for 2-3 days.

Karan : yah,  sure

Kareena : pta nhi yeh middle class ldki kb hn logo ka peecha chodegi.

Mahira was much annoyed and went out Followed by kareena
Agge usne bta diya ki usne karan je liye fast rkha jo actual me usne nhi rkha. Kareena went on 7th heaven. Usne mahira ko bola ki kl. Voh uski aue karan ke rishte ki baat krenge.

Karan went to preeta's room and saw her with a glucose drip. His heart ached watching her babydoll like that. He went near her and start caressing her hairs.
