Unknown to them,  Mahira and kareena were listening to them.

They both had enough and kareena harshly held preeta's elbow and made her stand hurtfully.
Karan was shocked and not reacting to whatever happening as in kdb only.

Kareena : mujhe pta tha ki tumhari nazar shuru se hmari property pr hi h isliye tum chahti ho na ki karan tumhe apni patni accept kr le.

Mahira : you bloody girl! Sharam nhi aati tumhe.
She started dragging her towards hall jha sb phuch gye ( sameer,  rishabh, sherlin, Rakhi, bani dadi ,kareena nd karan)

Rishabh : mahira ye tum kya kr rhi ho.
Kareena : beta ye iss middle class ldki ke sath jo kr rhi h na bilkul sahi kr rhi h.
Rakhi : Mahira puttar chod preeta ko.

( preeta has planned something thats why she is standing like a dumbo.) 

Sameer : mahira chod bhabhi ko.

Mahira and kareena widened their eyes listen bhabhi .

Mahira lost her temper and pushed preeta out of luthra house and her head got hit on iron rod ( usne itni zor se dhakka ni diya tha lekin preeta thodi dramebaaz h isliye use lg gya)
Her head started bleeding and she fainted.
All got shocked.
Karan got panic and started patting her cheeks shouting preeta.

Karan : sameer gaadi nikal.
Rishabh : karan tu preeta ji ko lekr chal mai hospital me inform krta hu.

Karan carried her and went to the car.

He was worried for his love,  his babydoll . His clothes were covered with blood. He tied his handkerchief around his head to stop bleeding.

In hospital

Karan (in a paniced tone) : nurse dekhiye inke sir pr chot lg gyi h aur kaafi bleeding ho rhi h.
Nurse : ap inhe stretcher pr lita dijiye.

Itne me saare so called aur baaki luthtas vaha phuch gye along with Srishthi kyuki sameer ne use inform kr diya.

Everyone was tensed except 3 chudails.
Karan saw mahira smirking and was glaring her with bloodshot eyes. He reached near her and screamed loudly 'agar aaj preeta ko kuch ho gya na toh mai tumhe nhi chodunga'

Itne me nurse aa gyi.

Nurse: mr. Luthra aap akr saari formalities fill kr dijiye.
Karan : ya sure doctor
Nurse : vaise vo apki kya lgti h?
Kareena : thats none of ur business.  Vo hmari kuch ni lgti.
Karan : she's my wife (shocking everyone ）

Nurse : okay sir..

Usne saari formaities fill kr li.
Vo vapis OT ke bahar khda ho gya.

Doctor bahar aa gye
Karan : doctor how's she? Is she fine?
And attacked with many questions.
Doctor : dekhiye inka kaafi blood ho gya h,  sorry.............
