Chapter five- Feelings

Your POV

I pulled up the zipper on my jacket and grabbed the shovel out of the cleaning cabinet. I walked out to the back area of the cabin, to shovel snow away from the porch. I could see some of the Smosh boys coming back home from a walk, talking loudly. My eyes went to Shayne who I'm assuming said something funny since all the guys laughed at his comment, including himself. Seeing him laugh at his own joke made me smile. I couldn't seem to take my eyes off him. As they disappeared out of my site, I turned back to working but soon realized that i wasn't alone. I looked up to see the Smosh girls giggling, but stopped as soon as they realized that I saw them. 

" Oh hi Y/N!" Courtney said happily and ran to give me a hug.

" Hi guys, what are you up to?" I said after hugging Courtney back.

" We were actually looking for you! " Boze said extending her arms, signaling that she also wanted a hug. I hugged her and placed my arms around Olivia to give her a side-hug.

" Oh what can I help you with?"

" Oh no it's nothing like that, we actually wanted to ask you if you wanted to join us on a little girl hangout." Courtney said smiling.

" Just to chill in our room and talk for a little just us girls, maybe even paint our nails" Boze said placing the front of her hand next to her face, to show that she wanted to fix them up.

" So what are you saying, wanna join us? " Olivia asked.

" Yeah absolutely, I'm just going to check with the guys if they need anything but you guys to ahead and I'll see you in a minute."

The girls smiled at me and went back into the cabin with a giggle. I have a feeling they want me to be apart of the girl talk for a reason. I really appreciate them though. I've known all of them for a week now and we have all become really good friends and that warms my heart.

I stepped back into the hallway and removed my jacket. I could hear the girls chatting upstairs but had no idea where the boys were. I went into the eating area but no one was seen. I started walking towards the stairs when I heard some cheering coming from one of the living rooms and it made me smile. I knocked on the door and walked in to see all the guys sitting around the TV, playing some sort of video game.

" Hi guys" I said and all of them turned around.

" Hi Y/N!" they all said at the same time smiling like crazy.

" Y/N wanna join us to play Halo? " Ian said with a slight laugh holding up an extra controller. I could tell that he said it sarcastically, probably thinking that I'd never played Halo in my life, which to be clear I had't, but they didn't need to know that. I smiled.

" The girls actually asked me to join them for a hangout in their room. Besides, I've played Halo way too much, I would destroy all of you." I said trying so hard not to smile.

" Oh really" Ian said looking at me in chock.

" Yep. Anyway I just came down to ask if you needed anything before I hangout with the girls." I looked around at all of them, actually I tried to look at them but no one seemed to want to make eye contact with me. " Eh is everything okay? " I asked after not getting an answer from the guys. " Is something wrong?" I asked and looked at Shayne who were now looking down on this phone. That's weird.

" Oh sorry, no we are all good, we are just going to hang out here, playing some games before we are shooting Netflix and chill. Thank you though Y/N, have fun with the girls! "

Ryan said kindly.

" Okay, awesome. Well if you need anything or just feel like being destroyed in Halo, you know where to find me" I said with a smirk and walked back to the door.
