Authors POV:
Lexie had completed med school and was now a resident. She works for Grey-Sloan along with Zola. Juliana was now chief of surgery. Zola was a neurosurgeon like she said she would be and Lexie was an orthopedic surgeon. There was a major trauma that had came in and Zola, Lexie, and Juliana were all in on the case.
Y/N, Dally, Derek, Mark, Lexie, George, and Fred were all in the gallery watching Lexie and Zola's first surgery as a resident.
Lexie was wearing Y/N's old Capitals scrub cap and Zola was wearing Derek's old scrub cap. They gave each other a look and said at the same time. "Alright everybody. It's a beautiful day to save lives. Let's have some fun!"
Juliana had tears rolling down her face knowing that Lexie looked just like her dad and sounded like her mom.
They ended up saving the patient sending Y/N and Derek into tears. "That's my girl!" Y/N said as Dally put his arms around her shoulders.
