nobodies POV
"claws in" adrien said, his black kwami flying out his ring, rubbing his head
"what on earth was that all about!" plagg said, scratching his neck
adrien stared into the nights sky
"hello?" plagg said, with a tone of annoyance in his voice
adrien kept staring into the sky
plagg looked at him, confused
"i need to get back to marinette plagg, but i mean, what about ladybug" he said, in an almost daze
"tsk, p l e a s e " plagg said, floating upside down
"come on plagg, my emotions are all tied up" adrien said, with curiosity on his tongue
adrien ran back to the beach
across the now cold sand
to see marinette, gazing at the sea, her hair blowing lightly over her shoulders from the cool breeze, her beach skirt shaking beside her leg, her bikini strings wavering in the wind
she turned around, and gave a small smile at adrien, and waved
"sorry i took so long adrien" marinette said with a small smile, her cheeks blushing
"not to worry mari" adrien looked over at marinette
"no icecream then?" adrien said laughing
marinette went red, the thought of her letting adrien down made her break out in a cold sweat
with this in addition to her pregnancy hormones, marinette was ready to burst
her hair sweeping down beside her face, had turned sticky with sweat
her hands had clenched tightly in a fist
her mouth shaking
her eyes watering
she wanted one thing
and one thing only
chat noir.
"IM SORRY ADRIEN OKAY? IF YOU WANT ICECREAM SO BAD GO GET IT YOURSELF" marinette shouted
"woah mari calm down i was joking" adrien said with a calming tone in his voice, signalling with his hands for marinette to calm down
"i'm sorry adrien okay" marinette said with tears spilling down her face
"it's no big deal mari honest" adrien said
he patted the sand beside him, indicating he wanted mari to come and sit next to him
she sat down timidly, and adrien pulled her close to him
marinette sobbed in adriens clutch
"marinette, you know you can tell me anything right" adrien prompted
"yes" marinette sniffled
"is everything okay mari, you haven't seemed yourself recently" adrien looked into her sea blue eyes
"everything's fine agreste, just girl issues, you know?"
"right okay mari" adrien said turning slightly crimson
marinette chuckled, and kissed adriens cheek
adrien blushed, and smiled greatly
the pair sat tightly next to each other on the sand, string into the evening sky, stars everywhere
marinette had placed her hand on her belly unconsciously
and before adrien realised she quickly swatted herself off
"marinette" adrien quietly spoke
"yes mr agreste" marinette playfully responded giggling
adrien smiled at her, and pushed her a little, jokingly
"you're a special girl, and i cant wait to spend the next 4 years of college with you by my side, you're always putting everyone before yourself, and i find that admirable"
marinettes cheeks shone with embarrassment, love, compassion and most importantly, realatability
adrien reached over into marinettes lap, and grabbed her inner thigh
he pulled her on his lap
and embraced her
on the beach they sat, absorbing eachothers love for one another, yet again
i love you all and hope you've had a lovely week, get lots of well earned rest this weekend you deserve it 💗💗💗
