nobodies POV

marinette lay awake in bed, thinking of all the worst outcomes of the kagami and adrien situation

tears began to stream from marinettes eyes, from hurt, confusion, rage and obviously her pregnancy hormones

tikki flew out from beside her, flying to her cheek and comforting her

"thanks tikki" she whispered, wiping her tears away with her sleeve

"it'll be okay marinette" tikki assured her

"i really hope so, just all the pain i had of losing adrien to kagami feels like it's coming back, and this time i'm pregnant, and with adriens baby too" she whispered into her pillow

"just try and get some rest mari, alyas going to be here in the morning" tikki said, trying to cheer her up

"i guess you're right tikki" she smiled a tiny bit

"goodnight marinette" tikki whispered, gently kissing her cheek

"night ti-" but before she could finish her sentence, she fell into her slumber

in the morning

marinette woke up with an early start, preparing a little picnic for her and alya as they would be going to the park

*conversation on marinettes phone with her and alya*

alya: hey girl!! so excited for today, me and nino should be at your dorm for around 12

mari: yep that's fine, we can have lunch in the park and adrien and nino can chill at our place

alya: okay girl i'll let him know, can't wait!!

marinette: see you then al

marinette looked at her phone

"10:00 am"

"perfect" she thought

adrien came out of his bed, and walked over to hug marinette from behind

"morning mari" he said, wrapping his arms around her petit waist

"adrien i-" she started

"marinette you know i don't like kagami" he tried to reassure her, still upset about last night

"i-i know it's just hard for me okay adrien" she stammered

"but hey nino and alya will be here in 2 hours, so we should get ready for them to stay over" she continued shyly

"okay mari" he said, starting to help put her picnic food in a red and white checkered wicker basket

the 2 hours had flown by quickly, and adrien and marinette had gotten dressed and ready for the day ahead, they had both sat down on the sofa, admiring one another

marinette wore a ladybug themed polka dot dress, tight around her corset and lose below the waist band, a big ladybug themed bow around her waist at the back, tying the whole thing together

a cute black cropped denim jacket to pair, and some white sneakers, with her white nike socks poking out the top

her hair left to flow over her shoulders, her makeup lightly done to perfection

adrien on the other hand was wearing some nike shorts coming just above his knees, hanging loosely around his thighs

he wore a black hoodie with the famous nike tick in the top right corner, a little subtle green paw print on the side
