The doors to the jeeps flung open as the group found their footing in the middle of nowhere.  In front of them lay their future. The Right Arm. Tents and supplies were scattered around as people went about their days.

"Well, we made it" Charlotte said quietly as Newt appeared at her side. "Guess there is such a place" She smiled at him.

"Mountain People. Who would've thought?" The boy joked as they walked alongside one another.

"They've been planning this for over a year now. This is all for us" Harriet told them as they walked down a slope.

"You guys are lucky you found us when you did. We're moving out at first light" Sonya informed them before turning to another man and shouting, "Where's Vince?"

"Somewhere over there I think" The man told her as he pointed to the side.

"Who's Vince?" Thomas asked.

"He's the one who decides if you get to stay" Harriet answered.

Charlotte stopped dead in her tracks, her lips parting slightly as her eyes landed on the blonde haired girl who stood beside a man laughing, her laugh was recognisable from anywhere.

Mackenzie glanced at Harriet and Sonya who stood with smiles before the girl turned around and caught sight of Charlotte and Mackenzie. Her laugh stopped immediately.

"Keira?" Mackenzie croaked.

Her grin grew larger on her face as Keira ran down the sandy hill and flung her arms around Mackenzie. "Oh my god! You're back! You bitches are actually alive!" Keira screamed before grabbing Charlotte and pulling her in for a hug.

"So are you!" Mackenzie said loudly in joy, Charlotte patted her shoulder and gave the two a moment to themselves. Mackenzie and Keira had a special, yet unofficial sort of relationship and Charlotte found it best to give them space as she fell back and threw an arm around Harriet and Sonya's shoulders.

"Good to have yous back" She smiled.

"God knows how you survived so long" Harriet laughed.

"How did you?" Sonya questioned.

"A story for later" Charlotte told her as she patted her friends on the back before lowering her arms and letting out a sigh of relief.

"Quite the civilisation yous got going here" Miles said as he kicked a rock in front of his feet.

"I thought the Right Arm was supposed to be an army?" Mihno asked from behind.

"Yeah, we were. This is all that's left of us" A man called as he came out from a tent and raised his arms, gesturing to those around him. "Lot of good people died getting us this far...Who are they?" He asked, glancing to Harriet.

"They're immunes, caught them coming up the mountain" Harriet explained, Charlotte glanced beside her to see Brenda, her lips were off colour and so was her skin. She didn't just look exhausted but she looked ill. Miles noticed this too as he rested a hand on Brendas shoulder.
