Hayley POV

As soon as Luke ask that question I froze I didn't know how they were going to react as I feel tears in my eyes
"7 days since I've eaten even then I would throw it up. it was no use and I couldn't take the food without getting beaten so I stole an apple at school and that how I survived. But after I kept throwing up I just stuck to stealing water at school "after I say that I feel jacks grip get tighten around me not so he could hurt me more like for comfort. I didn't want to see there reaction I looked at my hands.

"how long has it been since you could actually keep food down and you should of told us that or called for help in the toilets"Ashton says as I look up I see concern and worry in all of there eyes. As I feel this weird sensation going up my back.
"Um I don't know I use to try and steal food ever 3 days but then I got caught one day a couple of weeks ago and they called Greg and Susan. Um that's why I don't do it so often" as I feel my body stiffen and my eyes cloud over as I remember what they did to me when They found out.

Flashback

As we arrived back to the hell I was thrown hard on the cold wooden floor as I look up I see Susan with brass knuckles and some rope and Greg with a knife and a whip.
"You disrespectful bitch go steal and think we would never find out we will teach you to stop doing that after this"as I feel Greg pin me down and Susan ties my legs and arms up as I feel Greg cut my clothes of with the knife just leaving me in my bra and underwear.
The next thing I feel wear punches and kicks and the whip hit my body as I slowly started to see my vision blur but not before Greg picks up the knife and slashes my arms and legs a thew Times. Gets me on my back and puts the knife to my left shoulder to my lower back as I
scream out just before everything get dark.

Michaels POV

After Hayley told us that We see her whole body stiffen and her eyes cloud over. As I see jack let go and put her on her side on the bed and stroke her back like this has happened before.

"She alright well kind off. After she said what she said it must of triggered this event that happened and"then he stop talking mid sentence and runs his hand back again over Hayley back in the same place like he feels something confusion and worry taking over his expression.
"Jack what's wrong"Luke says as we get around Hayley.
"Um I feel something but I don't know but it feels wet "he says serious
"Can I lift up her gown" he says and we nod so he does. As gasp escape all are mouths as we see a long ridged knife wound that we stitched up and it's got a major infected that goes from her left shoulder to her lower back but it looks fresh like a couple of weeks.
"Can you keep her on her side"I say.
"Definitely infected we need some antibiotics and keep a dressing on it after we flush it out but we would need to surgically clean the wound to get all the bacteria out "Calum says what we're all thinking as I look at all the other scares to see some of the stitching has come away.

"Yeah and we can stitch the other ones up and after get her NG tube back in. she already pale and because she hasn't been able to keep food down you all agree"Ashton says as We hear her scream. eyes open full of tears and fear and her heart rate when up. Hayley shuffling to the head bored with her hands on her head while her body shaking.

"Hayley look at me focus on my voice"jack says as he grab her hand and puts it on his chest as I slowly start to see her heart rate decreasing.
"Why did you have my gown pulled up I'm fine" she says as she pulled it down. Calum grabs her other hand being carful of her cast and kiss her head.
"Hayley we need do to a small surgery on you just to help you okay"he gently says she shrug
"Okay but what is this little surgery and before you guys ask jacks staying with me"she says looking at jack who nods
"Well we need to clean out your wound on you back and put your NG tube back in"I say as I see her looking confused
"Um which one are you talking about"she says which just make us all angry at the people they put her with and how they can do that to a child.

"It's the one that starts on your left shoulder to your lower back so have you been feeling any pain."Luke ask
"Yeah that one that has this weird sensation" after she tells us that really concerning
"What do you mean weird sensation"Ashton says voicing out what we all think
"Well Ash it's hurts and has a throbbing sensation but I thought that was because it was bleeding ." well that even more serious then we first thought

"Okay there a free surgery at this moment I've booked it for you, are you ready Hayley" jack says

"Yeah I guess"

as we all  pull the sides of the bed up and go to the operation room. As we arrived see her look confused. As we're getting everything ready and change into surgical gear we all walk in seeing her swinging her legs off the table.
"You guys no you need a less cold table and it just cold in general in here"smiling after she says that as we all laugh.
"Yeah it is but it help because there less bacteria now could you turn around We need to check you back"as she does while jack goes to comfort her. As we look at her cut Which is deep.
"So do any of your guys have a girlfriend or boyfriend"she says and me, Luke, Ashton, Calum nod. As I hear her laugh as I saw jack injected some pain medicine in and a relaxer as we finished assessing her cuts.
"So Hayley are you ready"Luke says
"Nope but hopefully I don't have to be in here anymore do I have to takes this off"she says gestures to the gown
"Yeah but don't worry we're not looking at anything plus we seen it plenty on times, you get a blanket for your legs "Calum smiles
"Calum that still doesn't help I'm gonna be almost naked in front of you and your best friends the only one I won't feel awkward around is Jackson because he seen it. But it weird, never-mind you would have seen it in my other operations anyway" she says as jack undoes her gown at the back so she could take it off. Once she does you could tell that she been though some shit.

"So Hayley Im going to give you a sedative but don't worry it only going to be us 5 in here and could you lay on your side please"I say to her as I'm also qualified to be anesthetiser when needed. As Hayley lays on her side (the one without the cast on.) I saw her shiver from the sedation as Ashton moved the blanket over her feet and legs so she was more comfortable.
"Hold on I need to tell you what happened.."
"Shh Hay we know you will but tell us in your own time. Now This is going to feel cold but don't worry Hayley "jack says as  I put the  oxygen mask over her face and in 10 seconds she asleep. we proceed with the surgery.
