Sorry I didn't publish , I've been binging anime, I also had tried to write but it didn't come easily.

Also I finally came up with a surname for Greg and Susan which is despot.

Calum pov

I am so proud of Hayley for going up their and standing up for herself and telling their lawyer how dumb his questions sounded. As the judge called for a break, I notice how staright away she started walking towards us and as soon as Greg and Susan had seen her.

They quicken their pace as Greg was yelling out profanities about Hayley. I look towards Hayley and see her completely in a frozen like state, I made a sighn to jack to help Hayley as I saw they where getting closer.

As I see a closet before I know it I've pushed all of us in their and looked the door from the inside.

But as Greg realised it he started banging in the door. And calling Hayley vile things and saying things that I will never let happen. I felt anger course though me but ignored it because I knew my little sister needs me right now.

I look at Hayley as someone must of found the light when we got in here.

I look to my little sister to See she was in no good mind at all she was rocking back and forth and breathing haevey as it got louder as Greg and Susan keep going on.

We tryed everything to get her attention but nothing worked I could see she was scared and stuck in thoughts that I just knew what she was thinking it was nothing good.

"Ashton could you give me the relaxer you pick up" I say as he hands it to me seeing as all of us have been trying to get Hayley attention and it no where never working and I'm getting very worried, I don't want her putting so much stress on her body, because it still weak and healing.

I gently put my hand on her arm to stop it from shaking whilst being carful of her cast and inject it as we waited for the affect to work.

"Why did they have to do this? They just had to torment her more she had just enough with the lawyer yet and his questions which where very personal and condescending" i say as I look at Hayley and sit down on the floor with her and slowly bring her into my chest and brushing my fingers though my hair as she feel asleep in my arms probably from the effects of the realaxer and the attack.

" I think she needs to see Ben" jack whispers with a frown on his face as he looked at her.

" I agree with you jack, but let's give her some time okay and it might not be Ben" i say knowing that even though i trust Ben, Hayley life is going to be completely different.

"Yeah, I-I just wanted to be their to protect her. If I had got her out of there as some as she told me, she would of never had to go though things a person should never go though" as tears escape his eyes Micheal goes to hug him.

"It not your fault jack and you know that nobody is to blame apart from the people out there" Ashton sternly spoke, as I saw Hayley start to move as her eyes open she looks at me and just leans her body more into my hold so I wraps my arms around her.

As I herd Luke's phone ring, he answer it and had a small conversation and then a look comes over his face.

"The lawyer says the judge has made her decision" Luke spoke as I saw Hayley look worried and jack whips his eyes.

"Hey look the worst of it is over okay, we can know the decision and we can get you to your new home yeah" I say in her ear as she realises from the hug with a small smile.

She gets up look at us with a smirk on her face as she opens the door.

"Let's do this then and shows these bitches, who's boss" she spoke  confidently, we all give her a high five and head back to the court room.

We wait as everyone comes in and also for the judge to speak, I'm so nervous they better get a long time if not I'm might have to kill them myself.

"Okay today we are here for the sentencing of Greg and Susan despot for abuse and also new information including charges of neglect against both of you. And for mr. Despot charge of rape. We got all the evidence that we as the jury need, so I herby sentence you" we all hold our breath and can't believe that we actually
mange to get the extra charges put on I'm just glad the lawyer spoke to the judge during the break.

" mrs. Despot I sentence you to 25 years in prison with no parol and can I just say I am absolutely disgusted with the both of you, you should feel ashamed and think to yourself why you have done what you have done" she spoke as I saw anger in her eyes and heard it in her voice

"As for you mr. Despot for these charges you will get 35 years in prison as well without parol. Court dismissed " she spoke as she whacked the hammer on the desk.

As we then smile at each other as we saw Greg and Susan get yank away by the police as they where shouting and fighting against them.

I pull Hayley into a hug as the judge then come towards us.

" I am so proud of you Hayley, you are so brave for standing up and putting these monsters away without you speaking they would of got less, but you have got rid of these monsters of the street." As she Smile and looked at me.

" have a nice day Calum and Hayley and the rest of your friend their" she spoke as she walked away

Micheal clapped making Hayley flinched as we all glared at Micheal who laughed

" sorry Hayley, let get you home now yeah, you must be exhausted from today" Micheal spoke

we all go in the car and headed to our house, jack got in his and come back to ours as we pulled up and went though the gate we got to the house.

I just hope Hayley will be able to heal mentally after what she been though and I hope she would talk to us if she needs us.
