"Are you ready to go, Sophia?" My mom yelled.
"I guess," I mumbled. We got into the car and started driving to the state of South Carolina, and let me tell you, driving from Florida to South Carolina takes a long time. We stopped a couple of times to eat and get gas, but that was pretty much it. I stuck my earbuds in my ears and listened to music the whole time. After endless hours of sitting in the car, I finally saw a 'Welcome To South Carolina' sign. I wasn't happy to be here, but I was ready to get out of the car. We drove a few more miles and stopped in front of a two-story house. "We're here," my mom said.
"I don't want to go, Mom!" I said.
"Sophia, get out of the car and open the trunk so I can get your bags out," My mom said. I reluctantly got out of the car and popped open the trunk and started grabbing my bags.
