My Biggest Dream

Chapter 1

February 13th 1998

Today is a very special day... Today is the day I'm gonna find out if I can receive my biggest dream. Because in 30 minutes I'm going for an audition to be one of the Backstreet Boys dancers. And you probably think "she is just doing it so she can hang out with the Backstreet Boys and especially with Nick" and the answer is "NO" I'm not doing it because of that I'm doing it because it have been my biggest dream to perform in front of such big crowds  since I was a little girl and it may or may not happen.
But let me take you back to a week ago...

A Week Ago:

Today is just a normal day, with the normal routine. Wake up, eat some breakfast, brush my teeth, read some magazine or something. It's just so boring. I'm just laying here on the couch reading a magazine because what else can I do in this boring life. I could go to the gym and dance but i already did that yesterday for 3 hours, so I'm not gonna do that today.
"Wait?!" I said to myself because in the magazine there is a news thing where it stands "Backstreet Boys is searching for new dancers to their new tour Into The Millennium Tour!" my heart almost skipped a beat. This could be my change to finally do something about my dancing career! I was so hyped up and I got to audition for that. At the bottom of the page was a phone number you could call if you wanted to audition, so I quickly grabbed my phone and typed the numbers. Then I quickly sat the phone up to my ear and the phone started to call to the phone number. I was so exited and I couldn't wait. Then there was a voice saying "Hello this is Fatima Robinson how can I help you?" I was still in shock an quickly answered "Hi this is y/l and I want to audition for the backstreet boys new tour?" Fatima then said "Oh, Great! I'm so glad to hear because not many people have actually called so I'm gonna give you a date on when you can come, okay?" I said "Yes of course thank you!" she then said "Oh! Btw you have to make a little dance or something to a backstreet boy song so we can see what "level" your on, so basically just make the best choreography you can, Alright!?" And I answered exited "Yes of course, thank you!" And then hung up. I really couldn't believe it! I then jumped of the couch and ran into my bedroom, changed into gym clothes and heated straight to the gym rehearsal room down the street.
I practiced very hard all week, and was very proud of what I've come up with.

Back to now:

It is now the day I had to show it. In 30 minutes!
I arrived and went into this huge hall with a reception and a place I could hang my jacket. I then walked over to the reception and said my name and then got showed in to a huge gym room where I could see a table where Fatima and another man sitting and talking. I walked over an said hello, Fatima then said "oh hey! Your y/n right?" I then quickly said "yep that's me" she smiled very kind to me and said "Great! I've looked forward to see you, I've heard you have danced with Britney Spears right?" And I said "yes In one of her music videos, yeah it was pretty fun!" And yes I have danced in one of Britneys music videos but that wasn't in front of a whole crowd although it was pretty cool. She then stood up and looked at me like I should follow her. I quickly walked after her and she said "I want you to meet the boys, I think they would like you" I'm a little nervous but walked into the room she pointed at. There they where, sitting and talking. They looked up and gently stood up to say hi to me. They all came over with a smile to give me a hug, Brian, Kevin, Aj, Howie and... Nick. I couldn't help but notice how pretty he is with his cute smile and- No no no! Stop it! I've promised myself just to focus on the audition not anything else.
Minutes went by as I watched the other girls audition, they where very good and I don't know if I'm as good as them, but im staying strong and believeing in myself. The boys also watched us audition which made me more nervous. Meanwhile Im just sitting in my Adidas suit and thinking, Fatima then said "and the next one is.. y/n!" I looked up and smiled nervously, stood up and got ready. I'm very confident and I think I can do it, I took a deep breath right before the music started and got ready.
Fatima started the music and I started dancing, it's all going really well I get all the moves right and I'm happy about it.
I do the last move and the music stops. I look at Fatima and then over to the boys, and they all have they're jaws down on the floor. Before I could say anything Fatima almost shouted "she's the one!!!!" and my face slowly rise up. The boys also look surprised and happy, and I'm just standing there proud, Fatima cuts the silence off and says "you can choose to stay here and help us choose the other dancers or just go home and relax?" and I quickly said "no no no I really wanna stay!" Fatima's face also rise up with a big smile. I sit down on a chair next to her and wait until the next one is ready when Nick suddenly comes over and says "your really good, I really think you have talent!" I couldn't really believe it first but then I said "thank you so much!" He then asks me with a smile  "can me and the boys sit here, we don't want you to be alone?" I say "of course just grap a chair!" Then they come over and we are having so much fun playing cards, joking, telling funny story's.
The day pretty much was over so fast and all the people are done with they're auditions and Fatima have the final dancers on her paper and none of us can wait until we hear who is gonna be the Backstreet Boys dancers. We all just kinda stands there until Fatima says "Okay are you ready, because I have the final dancers right here on this paper! Okay we are gonna start with the female dancer!" I'm so exited that I can't even describe it, I know she said that I'm the one earlier but it doesn't mean that I'm gonna be one of the dancers, I guess. Fatima begins to say the names "the first one is... Teresa!" a cute really pretty girl jumps up and down with a big smile on her face and we all clap. "The next girl is... Cloe!" Another girl does the same. "The third and fourth is Amanda and Lena!!" And those girls does the same as the others, and at this point I'm starting to get a little disappointed but I keep waiting. "And the last Backstreet Boys female dancer is... y/n/l!!" I just stood there speechless, like everyone around me was gone and all I could feel was the massive happiness growing inside me, I really couldn't believe it! There appeared a big smile on my face while the rest clapped. Fatima afterwards then says the male dancers and they where all very sweet after we all talked, then Fatima breaks the conversation with "okay everybody! Gather around. I'm gonna tell you how the schedule is gonna work and how we are gonna rehearsal!" We all nodded and kept listening "for the first few months we are gonna rehearsal in a big gym room so we can learn all the dances okay!" We all said yes and waited for more information "then after we have the dance in control we can rehearse on the real stage, wich I gonna be a 5 sized stage with band and all that, and it's gonna be amazing!" I was still in shock and very happy.
