Aubrey's POV
I was running late.
Sebastian fucking Stan asked me out, I think? Is getting coffee a date? I don't know, and I was running late.
I tried to brush my hair whilst also trying to put on blush, when I finally finished getting ready 10 minutes after I was supposed to leave the apartment, I hurried out and took the subway into the center of the city. Apologising to the people I brushed past.
Getting to the spot we agreed to meet on, running 15 minutes late, I looked around. I didn't see him anywhere, oh God I hope he didn't leave. "Sebastian?" I called out.
"Aubrey? Hi!" I heard his voice but people were surrounding me, making me very nervous and also preventing me from seeing where his voice came from.
Suddenly I felt a soft tap on my shoulder, "Oh my God!" I shrieked, whirling around to see Sebastian. "Oh, you scared me." I breathed.
"I'm sorry." He said, an apologetic look on his face.
"No it's okay, I'm sorry I'm late." I quickly said, I didn't mean to make him feel bad about scaring me when I was the one that was 15 minutes late. "I was on a phone call with Camille, who is my manager, and it ran a little longer than expected."
"That's okay, I'm happy you even decided to come." He smiled down at me, I smiled back and linked his arm with mine.
"Shall we go?" I asked in a mockingly formal tone.
"Yes, we shall." I replied, in the same tone. Which I smiled at, again. I already felt comfortable in his society.
