Chapter 11

Derek- I take off his blind fold and show him the surprise

Stiles- I blink and gasp a I look at the house "you rebuilt it"

Derek- "yeah got help by Peter who stopped the people who were trying to take the land from us perks of Peter learning to be a lawyer when he was in university back in the day and once was alive again has been finishing off his degree"

Stiles- I hum "so some good comes into the whole creeper wolfness that he is"

Derek- I let out a chuckle because some of that didn't fully make sense but that's my Stiles "yeah seems like he can do some good after all especially with him now getting therapy like me and Cora, it's done him some good"

Stiles- "good because I don't want my baby girl being around a crazy creeper wolf but a one that actually getting help for once, because at the end of the day family is family"

Derek- "agreed, now do you want a look around" I show him the kitchen, gym, living room, two offices and our little Libaray room which is on the first floor/ground floor including the basement which is hidden like is always has been glad to keep it there incase a whole Kate situation happens again. On the second floor there are three large bedroom all which are guest rooms, two bathrooms and another office and then the third floor contains Cora's, Erica's and Boyd's room even though now and again Erica would be in Boyd's room or him in hers but atleast the have their own space especially when Erica goes off on one or Boyd does something wrong to make her upset or him getting upset, in the end everyone needs there one space now and again also there are two bathrooms on that floor too. The fourth and finally floor contains the master bedroom which is mine and Stiles shared room, an for either me or Stiles when we will have our moments in the future and then there's the room which is going to be the nurse which is painted up to be one already but just needs the furniture within it, the theres a bathroom and Peter's room, there is room to add other room aka build other homes around the land/area incase Erica and Boyd want their own place in the future but don't want to be too fare in the pack or incase the pack increases in size
