Jared and I ran out to the forest. He was fully shifted I to his brown wolf, I was running next to him, bow in hand.
Jared stopped suddenly and shifted back.
"His sent... Stope here"
I nodded and he shifted back. We were in a clearing, there were a few marks in the ground and i bent down. Then I hit a sent I never wanted to smell again.
"Jared.... My brother was here..."
Jared's ears shot up and he ran over to my side, eyeing the woods carefully as he circled me, growling at every noise.
I looked down at the marks in the grass. It looked like someone was dragged threw here. There was a small peace of metal in the ground so I bent down and picked it up. My skin sizzled in its touch and I dropped it.
"Silver...... Scratch marks..... My brother.... THEY TOOK COLE!!!"
I jumbled to my feet, anger surged inside of me. Even if I don't remember him, I felt the love I had for him. I was going to help him.
"We have to go back Jared, we have to tell them"
Jared nodded and nudged me over where we came. We ran threw the woods, branches hit me and then I caught a sent. Someone came hurtling out of the trees. By the red eyes i knew it was a vampire.
He landed in front of us and Jared started growling, pushing himself against my leg.
"You... You must be ivy" the vampires voice sounded cold.
"Yah... I am... Who are you"
"Allow me to introduce myself, my name is miles, I'm a friend of Coles, I heard his howl and came running over as soon as I could."
I glared at him.
"Really-" he held his hands up.
"I am, I've known him sense before he was born"
I turned to leave.
"Whatever I have to help him, get out of my way."
He stepped to the side and followed as Jared and I walked away.
"I want to help"
"Fine vampire, help but if you get in my way, I swear to the moon goddes I will shoot your head off."
He gulped and nodded, then ran after us as we headed back to the pack house.
"I have come to tell you that, your alpha, cole, has been kidnapped! As you know I do not remember him that well but I do know I live him! I will, and I repeat, I will find him, but I need your help! Who will stand with me and find him?!"
Everyone in the crowed stood up.
"Thank you so much! I will be leading a small team to help find him! Please, if you wish to join then come see me..... Thank you!"
I jumped off of the stage and the wolves started talking Amundsen themselves.
Someone ran towards me and I stiffened.
"My.... Name... Is Luke, this is my sister, liah and her mate, cam, we will help you. We have known cole sense I was 4." I nodded and thanked him. I didn't really care who joined at the moment, I just wanted to find my mate. After all, I remember him.
