Hope's Pov

The other girls were taking their sweet time arriving but that was fine since it gave me the chance to explore my new bedroom for a while. "Is the room to your liking, Hope?" When my captor spoke up from his spot on the bed, I turned to him though tried to avoid looking at his bare chest. For whatever reason, he had decided to remove it while he read his tarot cards however, I secretly wanted to believe it was done in an attempt to seduce me. "It's fine"

My attention shifted back to the window I was staring out, unfortunately, there wasn't much out there that I had a good view of. "Dinner should arrive soon but until then would you like me to tell your fortune?" That was thoughtful however right now I wasn't in the mood for such a thing. I'd rather be outside exploring or waiting for my friends to arrive. "No, thanks... Am I allowed to leave this room or am I trapped here?" I didn't want to upset him though he never took his eyes away from the cards as he offered me a reply. "You're free to leave whenever you wish but be mindful that the occupants of this castle are not the friendliest. If you like I can escort you around the castle grounds"

"That would be nice. Do you think I can get something warm to wear? I don't like being cold" Since I hadn't been planning on being kidnapped, I only had my pajamas on and Hawkins never bothered to tell me to change when we arrived here. "That closer furthest to the door is yours. Feel free to select anything you'd like to wear. I made sure some pieces were from your personal closet and I also added a few that I thought would capture your beauty perfectly. When you're ready to leave please inform me"

"You stole clothing from me?" Now that I thought about it, I was missing a few articles of clothing although I just figured they were misplaced. "I would not use the word stole but yes I moved some of your clothing here considering this will be your new home. May I suggest the black lace dress? Being in pure black always brings out the tines of color within your irises" That was the nicest compliment this basic girl had ever heard and if not for the kidnapping I would have given the man a hug for it.

"Careful Hawkins you'll make me blush. Hehehe. Do you know when the others girls will be arriving? I need to make sure they're all okay so I can stop worrying about their safety" Ever since I was little, I worried about others, might not have shown it all that much but it was within my nature. "There was a slight delay regarding Law and Doflamingo but if I'm not mistaken Katakuri is in the dining hall with his human" Well, that accounted for three girls though if my math was correct then one was missing. "Wasn't there another vampire?"

"Yes, that would be Eustass Kidd although he's stopping at his second home for the night" I'm not sure why he'd be doing such a thing but come tomorrow morning I would need to verify that Yuki was alright. Yuki was the hardheaded one in the group so she could handle herself for the time being however now I needed to focus on another problem. "Do you really believe this dress will look nice on me Hawkins?" The only time I wore such things was during school events, which was at least a few years ago. I was out of practice and didn't even know how to put on this thing, there were just too many strings that went every which way. "Indeed, I do, Hope. Do you require assistance putting it on?"

"Are there any females that can help me? No offense Hawkins but I just met you and I'd rather you not see me without clothes on" He should have just left it alone though his reply only caused me to question just how much of a stalker this person was. "I've already seen you without clothing however if you require female assist, I will locate one of the servants. Please remain here Hope and don't wander off. There are many dangers within this castle and I'd rather not end anyone's life tonight" I was okay with that so as he walked towards the door, I took his spot on the bed before wrapping a small blanket around my body. "Don't you already know if I'm going to leave or not?"
