ELIZABETH SHEPERD was neververy bright of her ideas, she loved writing and expressing her feelings in her writings. When the girl turned 14 it started, every boy she ever had feelings for she wrote a letter for. Everytime she did it a huge relief washed over her.
She had been doing that ever since then, now she's 17 and a senior in highschool. She had stopped writing her letters ever since Damon Salvatore, Elizabeth had gotten feelings for him and they went on a date.
But this world was different, nobody saw colour until they touched their soulmate. Elizabeth hasn't seen any colour yet, even though she is dating Damon. Elizabeth liked Damon and just tried forgetting he wasn't truly her soulmate.
Shortly after they started dating, Elizabeth had completely forgotten about the letters.
Then it happend, her older sister Hope was looking in her closet to borrow a top. Well steal but Elizabeth did it all the time in Hope's closet too, her older sister had found the box of love letters.
In an act of stupidity Hope thought it were letters that still needed to be mailed, and so she did. She sent out each letter.
One for a boy Elizabeth had a small crush on in freshmen year but soon faded. Another letter was for a boy that had taken her to her first school dance, Elizabeth liked the boy for a week or two and then the feelings faded. And then a letter for Kol Mikaelson a boy Elizabeth had liked for ages, she thought she was over him since she was dating Damon now.
But Elizabeth knew herself deep inside, she still cared for the boy and that was her first mistake.
