We'd been driving for what seemed like hours now. Through town, into the country, into a city and through the country again. That's where my little cottage was. I had never realized how far away it was until now.
"Y/n let me drive you've been driving for hours." Bf/n tried to convince me. I refused. "No, you're gonna crash the car and kill us all."
"No I'm not! I hate you but you look like a ghost, have you eaten lately?"
She made me wonder, had I eaten lately? I don't know.
"Come on let's pull over and eat something. I'm getting kinda hungry." She said hurriedly, averting her eyes.
"You're acting sus." I said bluntly to her. She looked at me confused, "what?"
"Oh you wouldn't know what that means. It's short for suspicious, people also use it as a name for calling someone who likes the same sex. Thought I'd let you know." She nodded.
I saw a clearing coming up on us, I slowed down and made a sharp left into the woods. I stayed at a steady pace and made our way into the deep woods.
-timeskip around 10 minutes-
"Wow! Look at the lake, its beautiful." Bf/n said with wide eyes. I smiled at her, she deserved this after all that drama.
"Now, let's get Rintarou into the cottage." I said while clapping my hands. Bf/n nodded and followed.
No ones p.o.v
Y/n and bf/n heaved Rintarou into the cottage and laid him down. He was sure to wake up soon, after all it had been half a day since he'd been fed those pills.
Y/n and bf/n sat and talked while eating lunch at the table, y/n was mostly keeping an eye on Rintarou though.
Readers p.o.v
"Hahaha! And then-"
"Bf/n. I need to ask you something."
"O-okay what is it?"
I looked down at my thumbs are started playing with them. "Why do you stay with me? I wanna know. You said you hate me in the car before, yet we're talking like back then. I don't totally get my feelings either, after all I literally kept you in my attic...but now we're normal. What is this?"
Bf/n put down her tea. "Y/n...I uhh...think I wanna stay with you. Forever."
