Readers pov:

"Damnit!" I yelled out. Blood coursing through my veins as I try desperately to get up, but dont realise how badly my feet are reacting to the pain the pain they are going through.

I hear rocks crunching behind me, one at a time until I feel a hand rest on my head. I look up to see him with a smirk resting on his face.

He grips my hair and thrushes my head down into the water. The cold brush to my face surprised me, but my face, head and neck being encapsulated in the cold water woke me up, almost like I had been dreaming, except I wasn't. I was going to drown.

I try push my head up to resurface, but his grip is too strong. I wail underneath the water as he pushes his knee into the lower of my spine, putting immense pressure onto it.

I'm desperate at this point, I feel like I might really die. My whole body is pushed underneath the cold surface. My body was losing heat, it was stolen by the gushes of waves that resided over my head, and through my clothes.

I was desperate, but when was I not? I closed my eyes and thought about how desperate I had been in the last two years. Desperate to please Kita, desperate to pursue Suna, desperate to keep bf/n secret, desperate to fulfill a dream I almost couldn't have. It was guarded by sanity, and yet I fought it, too desperate to care about old sanity.

I had that dream, and I ruined it by my own misjudgment. I ruined it.

Suna pov:

"This idiot cant even keep a minute underwater without wailing. I can hear her pleads from above the water, and man it's cold." I sighed to myself.

I pushed my knee into her lower spine to keep her balance under my control, and pushed her beneath the freezing water.

After another minute she stopped, from the looks of it she stopped complaining and let me take control. Good.

"I should probably let her up now." I decided. I flipped her and pulled her up bridal style to see her beautiful face.

"Hey! Wake up!" I yelled at her. But to no avail, she stayed still, her face as calm as ever. "Wake up beautiful." I whispered to her gently.

Much to my delight she opened her eyes and coughed a little, getting both of us wet. She gasped for air, oh how much I loved that sound. She held me close as I held her close in the freezing water.

"Are you okay?" I asked her concerned. She stared at me with angry eyes, eyes that I so much loved. "I hate you!" She screamed and grabbed ahold of my neck and pushed me back.

"And I love you!" I half screamed back, grabbing ahold of her waist and pushing her back.

"I've had enough of this!" I yelled into her face. Her features changed, she looked scared, frightened because of me. It was her fault I was so mad, and I was going to make it even.

I grabbed hold of her hair so tightly she let out a yelp. I pushed her head so far into the water it may have hit rocks.

I thrashed her around for a good 5 seconds and pulled her up for air. She gasped quickly, but I soon pushed it back down for 10 seconds. I kept repeating it until I had enough.

She was exhausted by the end of it, she was weak and fragile, cold with no warmth. Her body fell into my chest, and I hugged her dearly.

I whispered sweet things to her while she was unconscious and warmed her. I loved her so much.
