Taking a hit for him (Aizawa)

He saw it happen. Every terrifying second of it. The blade sank deep under your right shoulder. The villain had thrown it at him, but somehow you had taken the hit. The worst part was, that the blade broke to pieces inside your shoulder. Aizawa watched as you fell to the ground and the villain was defeates by someone else. He ran to your side and picked you up without hesitating. There was so much blood. He was scared you'd bleed out before he could get help for you.

"Stay awake, I'm going to take you to a hospital.", he reassured as calmly as he could.

You just whimpered in response, and nodded your head a bit. Aizawa was scared, you were very pale and the wound was bleeding badly. Who the hell used knives that break to pieces anyway? He understood it was good if the person wantes to cause more damage, but it was still stupid. They must have been some experimental technology. He thought you hadn't gotten hit too bad, but apparently he was wrong. The blade breaking, had caused some pretty bad damage. He rushed you to the hospital, and watched as they took you to an emergency surgery. During your surgery the surgeon found alot of blade shards in your shoulder. They had caused severe damage to your veins.

Aizawa sat behind the class the whole time. He wouldn't leave before you woke up. Suddenly all the nurses and doctors in the emergency room started moving frantically. Aizawa looked at the heart monitor, it showed only a flat line.

"No, no, this can't be happening.", he muttered frantically.

The seconds your heart wasn't beating, felt like a lifetime. Aizawa felt like his whole world had slowed down and lost it's color. The sound of his heart breaking was ringing in his ears. When your heart started to beat again, the world started to move on a normal pace and it regained it's color. He stumbled back, and fell to the chair he was sitting on before. He sighted, he was so worried.

When you got out of the surgery, they took you to a private room, and said that Aizawa could stay with you. He sat beside your bed and caressed your cheek. You were still asleep and the color had started to return to your face.

"You really scared me this time dammit.", he sighted.

Only now Aizawa realized how exhausted he was. He was used to being tired, but this was different. It was like he was emotionally totally drained. He placed his head on your bed, and in a matter of minutes, he was asleep.

When your eyes fluttered open, you noticed you were in a dark room. From all the equipment and the look of the room, you assumed you were in a hospital. You noticed someone on the chair next to you, it was Aizawa. His head was beside your thigh and he was asleep. You looked at him with a gentle smile.

"So this is what it takes to get him to sleep.", you grinned

You didn't dare to wake him. He looked so peaceful when he was asleep, and you were still pretty tired yourself. You closed your eyes again, and drifted to sleep. You felt safe, knowing he was there with you, watching over you.
