A/N: The request was for a student having a panic attack and Aizawa getting them through it

You didn't know what had brought it on, but you were sitting in the corner of the classroom while everyone else had gone to eat lunch. You were trying to keep yourself calm, but the hyperventilation had started to sneak in, and your breathing was getting more and more labored by the second. You weren't crying, no, but you were indeed having a panic attack.

Your head shot up when you heard the classroom door open and someone walked in. You were trying to get up from the floor, to maybe move to one of the bathrooms in the hall, but your legs had no strength in them. You just hoped that maybe the person who'd come in would just leave and not notice you.

"(Name)? Are you okay?" came the voice of your teacher as he appeared in your field of vision.

"I-I'm fine-fine" you stammered.

"A panic attack?" he asked.

"Yes..." you said quietly, trying to control your breathing.

"I can walk you through this, okay?" Aizawa asked and knelt down in front of you.

You just nodded, your arms wrapped around yourself, trying not to make it worse.

Aizawa led you through some weird, but very effective breathing exercise, after which your breathing was much calmer and you felt yourself winding down.

"Better?" he asked as he stood up.

"Yes, thank you" you said, while getting up from the floor.

"Do you know what brought it on, so you can avoid it in the future?"

"I've just been super anxious lately, so it's probably not one specific thing" you tried to laugh it off.

"You should probably go see the school psychologist sometime, it could be helpful" Aizawa added before going to leave the room.

"Thank you again, sensei" you said with a bit of a tired smile.

"Just take care of yourself, wouldn't want to lose one of my best students" Aizawa said.

"I will!" you said enthusiastically.

Of course you didn't enjoy having a panic attack, but hearing your favorite teacher tell you that you were one of his best students, made you feel a lot better.
