You were sitting on the corridor of the school, just opposite the door of Shouta's classroom. You wanted to talk to him as soon as possible. You couldn't help but smile when you thought about telling him. The two of you had talked about children before, both of you hoped for it, even thought this wasn't exactly planned. You looked down at your stomach and caressed it with your hands. You couldn't help but smile to yourself.

When the last class was finally over and the door opened, you swooped in. A few of the students greeted you and wished you a good day and you told them the same, going straight to your boyfriend. He was caught off guard by your sudden appearance.

"Hey honey, what are you doing here?" he asked.

"I-"

Suddenly you didn't know what to say. You had been so very happy before, -and you still were- but somehow you felt nervous.

"I just came to say hi" you laughed nervously.

"Oh... Are you okay?"

"Why? Is there something wrong?" you asked and scratches your neck.

Why did you suddenly feel the urge to just turn away and push this conversation to another time? You knew he would be thrilled, you knew you were, and there shouldn't have been anything to stop you from telling him.

"I'm pregnant" you muttered quietly.

"What?"

"I'm pregnant" you repeated louder.

You were pregnant? He was going to be a father? Before he even realized, he had wrapped his arms around your thighs and raised you so his face was nuzzled into your stomach.

"Shouta what-" you giggled, grabbing him by the shoulders.

He just nuzzled his face into your stomach. He had no idea what he should say. He was just so happy he couldn't even put it into words.

"I love you" was the only thing he could think to say.

"I love you too" you smiled.
