"Please."

A sigh left the boy's lips as he took a seat at the edge of the bed.

"Fine. I'll stay, Now go to sleep." Hyunjin said.

"Sing for me" I cheekily smiled.

Hyunjin scoffed, holding back a smile. I patted the side of the bed next to me, luring him in. He sat next to me and started to sing. His voice was angelic, a lot softer than I imagined. Within a couple minutes I could feel my eyes get heavy. It felt as if time had slowed down and all I could hear was Hyunjin's soft voice as he read lyrics of a song off his phone screen.

~

The strong smell of pancakes rose me from my sleep. I looked around to notice Hyunjin was no longer there, a frown creeped on my lips. I sighed before getting up and following the heavenly smell that came from my kitchen. There stood a brown haired boy in my kitchen making something over by the oven. When the boy turned around I couldn't help but smile upon seeing his innocent face covered in flour whilst he looked at me with wide eyes. My eyes followed down his body as I noticed something.

"Where did you get that apron?" I asked, barely audible due to my sudden sore throat.

A rosy pink colour painted my boss's cheeks as he checked himself out. "I didn't want to ruin my work attire." He confessed. I nodded, hiding a smile.

The boy turned around and continued making pancakes.

"Isn't it lunch?" I painfully asked.

"Pancakes don't have to be a breakfast food." Hyunjin started before turning around.

"Your throat isn't in good condition. Don't speak." He recommended.

"Make me." I smirked.

Hyunjin laughed with a teasing look in his eyes. "You see, I know how to do that. You're just lucky you're sick." Hyunjin snickered.

I looked away in attempt to hide the blush that decorated my cheeks. Turning back to Hyunjin, I could see him smiling.

How have I never noticed how pretty his smile is?

"You have a pretty smile." I blurted out.

Hyunjin looked at me confused. I realized what I said but no matter how much I wanted to look away from embarrassment I couldn't help but stare. We looked into each other's eyes for what felt like eternity even if it was a minute or so.

"You're bold aren't you?" Hyunjin taunted.

"Only for you" I teased.

Hyunjin pulled the pancakes from the stove and placed them in front of me.

"Eat." Hyunjin commanded as he turned around to clean up the messy kitchens.

"Feed me." I demanded.

The taller boy sighed and turned around, grabbing the fork that was once held in my own grasp.

"You're helpless." Hyunjin mocked while I smiled widely, knowing I won.

Hyunjin fed me, not looking at me once. I awkwardly ate, admiring the little things about him. That was until the door unlocked, revealing my sister. We made eye contact with each other before she turned to Hyunjin.

I'm so doomed.

"Y/N, Care to explain why you and your boss are in our home instead of work and more importantly, why he is feeding you?" Jennie muttered with a forced smile, her eyes adverting to mine.

"J-Jennie, it's not what it looks like-"

"It's exactly what it looks like." Hyunjin cut me off.

"You definitely have a death wish!" I snapped while the boy stared at my sister in a bored manner, losing any signs of emotions.

~

"You can leave now. I'm home." Jennie said after I managed to calmly explain the situation before anyone's hands got bloody.

Hyunjin shrugged as he got up and walked toward the door. Without waving or saying a single goodbye, my boss put his shoes on and left. Jennie turned to me worriedly.

"Did he hurt you? Touch you? Poison you?" Jennie panickily asked, listing terrible things.

I denied everything, feeling a bit upset that he was gone. I got lost in thought until my sister snapped me back into reality.

"Just so you know, the others will be finding out about this." Jennie said walking away.

"Wait! Don't you dare!" I threatened as I followed behind her.

~

"That's why he left early?" Jisoo asked with wide eyes. I nodded, avoiding the smirks the rest gave me.

"And you're telling me nothing happened after that?" Chaeyoung wiggled her eyebrows.

"You guys are all so gross!" I complained receiving laughs from everyone.

"How cute! He has a sweet spot for you! You should use it to your advantage." Lisa suggested.

"I still don't trust him." Sehun grumbled.

"You wouldn't trust Hyunjin if he came up to you and bought you a house!" Chaeyoung retorted.

"If he really bought me a house I'd think there were 18 bombs planted in it!" Sehun exclaimed.

"Suit yourself, I'd kiss him on the forehead." Lisa scoffed making the rest of us laugh.

"You should've seen the way he fed Y/N." Jennie reminded.

"Hey!" I yelled, slapping my hands against Jennie's mouth.
