Hyunjin's POV

I wanna shoot my brains out.

I sat up from my bed, eyeing the mess of clothing on the floor. I turned my head to the side and saw a note with a cup of water and some pills.

Don't drink anymore

-Y/N

I cursed at myself, realizing I didn't remember any events that occurred last night. I took the pills to stop the throbbing of my head as I pushed the blanket aside, leaving my bed to get changed.

"Mr. Hwang, There's a woman wanting to apply for a job." My secretary informed.

"Bring her in." I informed with a sigh.

After a few moments, a woman bursted into my room. She looked a bit older than me, her shirt was unbuttoned just a bit and her skirt was noticeably a bit higher.

"Hello Mr. Hwang." The woman greeted.

"Have a seat." I offered in a cold tone, not in the mood to talk.

Y/N's POV

"Why did you even drink? You both knew we had work the next day." Chaeyoung said with a giggle, watching Lisa and Sehun sink into their seats.

"Why are you so loud?" Lisa grunted.

"She has a point, you guys are at fault." Jisoo scolded.

I sighed, spinning out of my chair. "It was nice to make fun of your hangovers but I have a file to hand to Mr. Hwang" Sehun shooed me off, clearly glad I couldn't make fun of them anymore.

I grabbed the needed document and took my leave, walking out of Sehun's office and making my way to Hyunjin's office. My heart pounded at the thought of having to face his cold stare after last night.

It's fine, he probably doesn't remember.

Whispers crowded the hallway but I decided to ignore it until I heard something. "She might be Y/N's replacement." a girl said, eyeing me. I held my head up high and kept walking, finally reaching the door to Hyunjin's office. I sighed before entering.

"Sir, I have the file you requested-"

Holy shit.

I couldn't believe my eyes, Hyunjin was sitting at his chair whilst there was a girl sitting on his desk, she had a hold of his tie and their faces were close together. Jealously washed over me and I could feel the warm tears surrounding my eyes. I placed the file on the desk and started to walk out.

"Y/N, wait!" Hyunjin called out.

I ignored him, keeping my head low as I walked out. "Sorry to disturb you sir."

As soon as I shut the door, my legs took control of my entire body and without much hesitation, I took a run for it. I heard a bunch of different voices call for me but I ran, knowing I'd be embarrassed if I was caught crying like this. Once I got outside the lobby someone caught my wrist, forcing me to stop running.

"Y/N, turn around."

I hesitated. the person sighed and swung me around to face them. It was none other than Hyunjin. Concern laced his eyes.

"A-are you crying?" He said with shock.

"No." I shrugged off coldly.

"Don't lie to me, you're upset." Hyunjin said. His hand made it's way up to my cheek, I slapped it away.
