Yeah, it was pouring rain on an already chilly night. Yeah, Changbin was out crying on a swing set. Yeah, he wanted to go home and back to Chan. But no, he couldn't get himself to.

He hops off of the metal chair, ducking under the side of a building. He pulls out his phone, turning it on and rolling his eyes at how many missed texts and calls he's gotten.

He dials a number, shivering in his black t-shirt. Man, he really wasn't thinking when he left. Who could blame him? He was livid with Chan and very, very upset.

"Hello?"

"Hey, do you mind if I come over for the night?"

"Not at all. Chan called me earlier. Is everything okay?" Minho asks, worried for his friends.

"Not really. I'll explain when I get there."

"Do you want me to pick you up? It's raining really hard."

"No, I'm already soaked. It doesn't matter anymore. I'll be there in ten."

"Don't get struck by lightning."

"That would make my day so much better."

And on he goes, starting his journey through the harsh winds and cold, piercing rain. He decided to run, making it to the apartment complex, only slipping a few times.

Shakily, he raises his hand to knock on the door. It took a minute before the elder opened it and ushered him inside, handing him a towel.

"I put extra clothes in the bathroom. Dry off and go get changed. I'll put everything else in the dryer for you."

"Thanks. Oh, Min? Please don't tell anyone I'm here. I just need a night away."

"No problem. I don't know if Jisung might stop by or not. He has a tendency of doing that in the middle of the night."

"Ew, okay." Changbin rushes to the bathroom, his body covered with chills.

After doing all that jazz, Changbin walks out and lets Minho put his stuff in the dryer.

"Alright. You can sleep on the couch. I already set out some blankets and a pillow. But can you first tell me why you're here?"

The younger sighs, sitting down on the blanket covered furniture. "Chan and I got into an argument."

"Yeah, I kind of got that part."

"He's been ignoring me for weeks. He doesn't answer my texts or calls. He doesn't respond to me even when I'm in front of him. When I tried explaining the issue, he ignored me again. So I got my stuff, he tried stopping me, by the way, but I left. I'm tired of it. I don't know what's wrong with him, but if he can't grow up and tell me, then I don't want to hear it anymore."

"Jeez... that sounds rough."

"You don't know the half of it."
