Makucha rested in his cave m, but got no sleep. His mind was broken. He struggled to find reasons to wake up. May be I should just rest a little longer-"
"Hey failure" a female voice called bitterly.
"Please.... just leave me alone." Makucha pleaded.
"Huh, why? Because you're sad? Do you think I care?" She mocked. Makucha cursed under his breath.
"What do you want?" He asked slowly gaining anger." Nothing, just wanted to make you suffer." She laughed.
Makucha stayed silent still struggling to get on his feet.

Chuluun,a snow leopard that he convinced to follow his army to the tree of life. They lost and ego and dignity lost with it. She was bitter and it showed, but she was slowly trying to show kindness.
"Did you break your leg? Never seen struggle to stand." Chuluun remarked
Makucha was finely walking his head down making no eye contact with Chuluun. She couldn't help but feel sad for him.
" Going somewhere?"
" Im just going for a.....run"
And with that he quickly sprinted out of his cave.

His run was long. Finding himself kilometers away from his cave. He tried to think of something else other than his failure. Chuluun constantly mocking him about it didn't help. I had been a week and yet it seemed to be the only thing he can think about. Stoping to take a rest, he shifted his attention to the trees beside him. They rustled wildly, something or someone to stalk him. He didn't pay it much mind. He was one of the three African leopards on the Himalayas and was the strongest out of all of them which made him the strongest animal on the Himalayas. That was one thing he can think of. He feels a heavy force pummel into side, landing hard onto the ground. He looks the attacker dead in the eye.
"Well, well Makucha. What's up with you? Normally you would have killed me by now-"
"What do you want Fahari?"

Fahari was one of the three african leopards on the Himalayas and one of Makucha's "friends". Makucha didn't like them, but they some of the few animals he knew that wouldn't talk about his failure, so he hanged out with or more likely they hang out with him.
"Nothing really." Fahari said getting off Makucha. Makucha's sighs made Fahari
Consurned.
"Hey, Makucha, you seem more, hmm how do I put it?"
"Pathetic? a failure?"
Fahari was taken back. Makucha was not the one for self deprecating humor. If it even was a joke.
"Was just going to say tired."
"Your bluffing."
"Well obviously, but for once I actually feel bad for you." Fahari said chuckling to himself.

Makucha didn't answer. Think about what his "friend" said.' But for once I actually feel bad for you.' . It finally hit him. He didn't want this. He didn't want to be sad for the rest of his life. There had to be something he could do to turn his life around.
"I need to think. Don'tfollo me or I will kill you
"Don't worry. Had no plans to follow your sad self."
"Good."
with that he ran off. Leaving Fahari confused and slightly worried. He tried to push them worry away, but couldn't help but feel bad for Makucha. He shrugs it off and goes to look for an small animal to eat and shelter.

It was cold on the Himalayas. Him and the other African leopards live fairly low on the it.Even with the that it was still unpleasantly cold for them. As the sun slowly reached noon tge warmth of the sun's warmth would slowly leave. Makucha sat on a cliff edge looking as the environment around him slowly turned orange with the sky. He's snapped out of his thoughts when he hears a small animal calling him.
"S-sir." It called fearfully. Makucha looked at the fearful animal in almost disbelief. It was a tiger. A small, young tiger. It reminded him of the ones he tried to kill back at the tree. He shuttered at the thought. He regretted that..interaction and wanted to distance himself from it.

"What do you want?"
"I-I....need your help"
