-Lea-

I woke up the next day in a room owned by a man. How did I know? It's because of its color, smell and interior design.

"Hi Lea, I'm glad you're awake na!" said Marco with a hint of relief.

"What happened?" I asked in a low tone then I changed my position from supine position to sitting.

"Well, base sa kwento ni Aga ay bigla na lang daw sumakit yung ulo mo at doon ka na nawalan ng malay. But, don't you worry because that is actually a good sign. A person with amnesia often experiences headache along with dizziness and that only means na your memory is coming back to you na." He explained to me calmly. I already know these things because we regularly go to a doctor and this is what they told me about having my memories back. I know that I will experience such things when time comes, but the thing that got me thinking is how they knew I had an amnesia.

I raised my eyebrows out of confusion. "I'm sorry, but how did you know?"

He giggled. "I believe I've told you yesterday night that I am a doctor, am I right?" I shook my head.

"No. What I mean is how did you know that I have an amnesia?" Nagkatinginan silang lahat dahil sa tinanong ko. Marco was mouthing something to Vice, but I cannot lipread it since I am facing his back.

Marco cleared his throat before answering and he looked like a person who is not sure about the thing he'll say because he is stuttering. "A-aahm L-Lea, Vice told us about your condition that's why alam namin."

I was convinced with his explanation so I simply nodded. "Ah alright! No need to stutter Marco. Thanks by the way for taking care of me."

He scratched the back of his head. "Actually, I should be the last person on your list na dapat pasalamatan mo, because I just did minimal check-up, you know? It's Aga, Vice and Tita you should thank first because they all stayed up the whole night, watching over you and monitoring you." I was surprised by what he said.

I faced the three and expressed my gratitude. "Thank you so much Vice, Aga and Ma'am Saavedra. I'm sorry for being such a burden and I assure you that it won't happen again po."

"Hija, that's nothing! What's important is that you're fine. And by the way, maisingit ko lang, call me Mama. Ma'am Saavedra is very pang-matanda, so call me Mama, ha?" I nodded and giggled.

"True, tita L! Basta ayon nga Lea, ang important ay mahalaga, charot!" Vice's statement earned laughter from all. "Ang drama kasi netong si Lei kahit kelan, wala lang iyon, gaga, kasi willing naman kaming gawin lahat para sa iyo!" said Vice.

"Guess who's being dramatic, but I assure you that it's not me." I fired back while rolling my eyes.

Vice teased him, then Marco joined. I feel ashamed because of what they're doing. I looked at Aga whose face is as straight as a line. No smile, no anything!

"Oo nga, Ags, wala ka bang sasabihin kay Lea?" Marco asked him while his eyebrows were going up and down.

"Stop it guys, you're making her uncomfortable. I have nothing to say, okay?" The same Aga, cold as an ice and hard as a rock. He looked at me one last time then he left the room.

"Ay may pa-walkout?" Vice. We're all left speechless by what he did, well, except for Vice of course.
