"Hi." He said with a delay which made me giggle. We got into the car and James pulled off to drive us to the water park.

I walked out of a changing cubicle carrying my clothes after putting on my swimsuit.

As I already mentioned, I wasn't completely happy with the looks of it, but I didn't really have a choice. It was a plain black one-piece with blue and turquoise details and Slazenger written on it. The cut was basic and it was quite tight making me look flat in all the wrong places. Great for swimming, not so good for a date.

I laughed seeing f/n in the exact same look just a different brand and colour of the suit. "That's some proper date outfit." She giggled and I rolled my eyes. "You're not looking any better so shut up." I elbowed her playfully and approached my locker.

Vicky was the only one looking good wearing a bikini revealing her belly piercing.

"Going to win a triathlon?" I heard James behind me and turned around. He was wearing this sarcastic grin on his face. "Not you too." I cried.

"I wasn't planning on getting a boyfriend here. Sorry for not bringing my entire wardrobe." "You look amazing I'm just kidding." He said pecking my forehead.

F/n and Vicky left out an aww to which I gave them a killer look and we all burst out laughing.

"Does anyone have a ball?" F/n asked. "I believe Oliver said they'd bring one." James said grabbing my hand as we were walking towards the pool's entrance. I looked up at him with little hearts in my eyes.

"Where are they anyway?" "Ellie was asleep so they were waiting for her to wake up. But now they should be on their way." I nodded.

We had to separate into the showers agreeing to meet at the indoor sunbeds to leave our towels there.

Vicky and I were playing with Ellie in the kiddy pool to let Katy have some rest from her. She, f/n and the boys were playing some game with a ball or something.

I was kneeling on the lower side of a big slide to catch Ellie as Vicky would take her up and sit her on it. The kid loved it and even I was having a lot of fun.

Elisabeth was the cutest baby I've ever met I swear. She was 3 years old and apparently loved being in the water.

"Ready?" Vicky's face peeked from above the slide and she sat Ellie on it. "Always ready!" I laughed and opened my arms.

Vicky let go of her and soon she was in my arms, laughing. The bump threw me a little bit backwards so I ended up sitting down on my butt.

Or I would if someone didn't grab me from behind and pull me into a hug. All three of us were laughing as I was sitting on James's lap with Ellie on mine.

"F/n wants to take over babysitting so I thought that maybe you and I could make some time for each other?" He whispered into my ear sending shivers down my spine.

"I'll take her before you two decide not to be family-friendly." Vicky snickered coming back from the slide and took Ellie from me. She gave us a small wave so I waved back with a smile and then turned around to face James.

"Make time for each other?" I lifted my eyebrows playing with a wooden beaded necklace he was wearing all the time.

"What do you have in mind? Is it family-friendly?" I asked. "I thought it would be but I'm not so sure anymore." He lightly stroked my back underwater.
