Nami's POV:

I walked alongside Sicheng as we walked up to the fancy house where this party was being held. I secretly felt anxious inside just because of how many people might judge us together but mostly just me. "I can't do this." I said before he stopped me. "Nope, you have to, it's in our contract." He said before laughing slightly, patting me on the arm, making me feel oddly more at ease. I followed him inside and was taken aback as I saw how beautiful the inside of the house was.

As Sicheng closed the door behind me, I attempted to fix my hair tie. Sicheng quickly grabbed my hand and took the tie out of my hair. "Hey, what are you doing?" I said. "I'm keeping it. I like your hair down, you look pretty." He said before grabbing his phone. "Here let me prove it to you." He said before snapping a picture and showing it to me. "Fine but don't lose it, that's my favorite hair tie." I said. He dramatically slid it onto his wrist and motioned as if it were now in the safest place in the world.

"Let me see your phone really quick." He said. "Why?" I said. "Can't you just trust me." He said before holding his hand out. I sighed and handed him my phone. He took a picture of himself and started messing with something. "Now make this your background." He said, holding up my phone to show the picture of him. "Well what's your background then?" I said. He showed his phone and the picture he had taken of me was now his lockscreen. "I got you." He said, smiling slightly. "Now come on." He said putting his hand out.

I laughed slightly and took his hand before being dragged into the party. I was stuck behind Sicheng catching up with so many friends until he walked off to go get something to drink. "I'll be back." He said. I nodded and stood there awkwardly. "Hey, come here." I heard someone say. I looked to see a girl sitting on a couch but the girl next to her made me not want to go, it was Elkie, Sicheng's ex. I wanted to hurl as I walked over and sat down next to them but kept my cool on the outside.

I sat there for a second before the one girl who motioned for me to come over spoke up. "So what's up with you and Sicheng?" She said. "Don't force her, she's shy." Elkie said rudely. I rolled my eyes but remained calm even though I really wanted to strangle her. "Well..what all do you want to know?" I said. "Um..everything." the girl said with a slight laugh. "When? How? And you know?" She said with a slight smirk at the end. "Wait what are we talking about again?" I said. "You know what clearly they haven't done anything." Elkie said, interrupting the conversation once again.

"How would you know that?" I said in a smart tone. "Cause I know Sicheng..and I know you." She said. I shrugged it off, not wanting to fight with this girl. She stood up and looked at me. "Well, I am going to go get a drink. Can I get you anything? Like a juice box or a chocolate milk?" She said once again in a rude tone. "Actually, Sicheng's going to get me a drink but thank you for offering." I said, getting smart back with her but also wanting to be a little petty at the same time. "Hey babe." Sicheng said as he walked up with the drinks. Elkie rolled her eyes and walked away quickly as Sicheng walked around the couch to sit next to me.

The other girl followed quickly after and I watched them walk far away, thankfully, I was getting sick of them already. As I was looking around while Sicheng was getting comfortable, I saw Xiaojun about the same time he saw me. I smiled and waved at him as he did the same. Sicheng handed me my drink and I attempted to drink it but beer is honestly just so gross. Sicheng got his phone out again and motioned for me to take a selfie with him again. We did one picture where I was kissing his cheek and anothet where we were just smiling. Honestly with those pictures, if I didn't know, I would think we were a real couple.

I walked around the party by myself squeezing past people, not wanting to talk to anybody really, just wanting to go home. I suddenly felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to see Lucas. "Boo!" He said before laughing. "Hey, I didn't think you came." I said. "Well I'm here. I see you're with Sicheng, I guess those letters really did work." He said. "Yeah but you have to keep it a secret." I said. "Hey, your secrets safe with me." He said. We continued off into our own conversation about the most random things.

Sicheng's POV:

I was washing my hands in the sink in the bathroom before I noticed the door open. I couldn't even say anything as I saw Elkie walk in, I was honestly very confused. "Nami? Really?" She said. "Why do you even care?" I said as I finished drying my hands. "Aw this is so cute, is this her's?" She said before taking Nami's scrunchie off my arm. "Come on." I said, wanting her to stop but she continued anyways. She tied her hair up with it as I looked over at her. "How do I look?" She said. "You look good, you always do..but seriously give it back." I said.

"Hmm..no, I think I'm going to keep it for a bit." She said.

Nami's POV:

Lucas and I continued to joke around and drink before I heard Sicheng calling for me. "Hey Nami, do you want to get out of here? Grab something to eat?" He said. "Go girl, shoo." Lucas said, making me laugh before I said goodbye and followed Sicheng out of the party.
