Nami's POV:

I walked into my house to see my dad walking out of the kitchen away from Yuqi who had probably bothered him as usual, she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. "So why is your boyfriend harrassing me about coming on the school skiing trip?" Yuqi said as she flopped down on the couch. "You know I don't go to school events." She said. "Exactly, so that's why I told him I'd only go if you went, knowing you wouldn't." I said.

"Wait, you have to go!" Yuqi said. "Elkie's going to make a move on your man for sure if you don't go." She continued. "So let her, I'm tired of her giving me dirty looks all the time." I said. "She gets what she wants all the time. It's bullshit." She said. "Sicheng is your's." She added. I didn't even know what to say as she kept on. "I'm going on that trip." She said as she crossed her arms. "I'm tired of you using me to get back at Elkie." I said as I pouted slightly.

"It's not just that, even since you've been with Sicheng..I don't know..I've never seen you so happy." She said. "Honey she's right." I suddenly heard my dad chime in which scared me for a second cause I didn't know he was still in the room. "I wasn't eavesdropping, I just think that you've been having so much fun going to parties, making friends. Made me happy." He said before smiling and walking back upstairs.

It was the morning of the first day of the ski trip, my dad drove me to the school to drop me off. "Alright see you soon dad." I said, trying to get out of the car but he stopped me. "Hold on now, we need to talk about your sexual health." He said. "Oh god no please." I said, embarrassed. "I personally think you're too young but if you do anything just be safe and don't do something just cause a boy wants you to." He said. He suddenly handed me an envelope and I opened it to see condoms. "Oh my god why are you giving me these?" I said. "Just be safe!" He said. "I'm getting out now oh my god." I said, even more embarrassed.

I shut the door and he called out to remember to have fun while I left in embarrassment.

I made my way onto the bus and saw Sicheng sitting in a seat already as he waved to me. I began to walk past him but he stopped me. "Woah, where are you going?" He said. "I'm just going to sit with Yuqi." I said. "Oh come on, she's sleeping, better just let her rest." He said. "Even more reason to go sit with her to make sure she's safe." I said and walked away from Sicheng and sat down with Yuqi. I looked ahead of me to see Elkie look at me then ask Sicheng if the seat was taken which made me angry. Sicheng looked to me then looked back to her and muttered a sad "Guess not".

"This was a mistake." I said, waking Yuqi up slightly as she rolled over and laid her head on my shoulder. "Tell me about it, I can't believe I agreed to something that requires me getting up before seven." She said. I sighed and closed my eyes, not even wanting to see Elkie.

The bus ride went by fast as I slept through most of it and woke up as we were pulling up to the lodge. We all walked into the lodge and I saw that the two picked for chaperones were the two goofiest most irresponsible people in the school whom I didn't even know their names. They threw all the keycards and said sleep wherever you want and i saw people rushing to get keycards. "Come on Sicheng, let's go skiing, last person down buys the other a hot chocolate." I heard Elkie say, pissing me off.

"Go get your man." Yuqi said. "You serious?" I said. "I can't ski." I said. "If you're not going to ski, what are you going to do all weekend?" Yuqi asked as Lucas walked up. "I came prepared." I said as I pulled a book out of my backpack. "Lucas! Help me convince Nami to skii with us." Yuqi said. "You think I'm going outside, it's cold, I hate the cold." Lucas said to Yuqi. "Well I have face masks." I said and Lucas went to my side, leaving Yuqi to herself as he shrugged at her and muttered a sorry.

Lucas and I laid down in my hotel room and put on facemasks, sitting back to relax. We talked for a while and I explained things to him. "So you've been faking it this whole time?" Lucas asked as he took his mask off. "Yes, I just had to let it out. I'm confused." I said. "I can tell he likes you by the way he looks at you ya know." Lucas said. "It doesn't matter how he looks at me, he's still obsessed with Elkie. I'm just another stupid girl who fell for Sicheng." I said sadly.

"Look, he's the one who came up with the whole fake relationship thing and you're the one who came up with the no kissing rule. You're hanging out with me while he's probably waiting for you out in the hot tub." He said. "You really think he's waiting for me?" I said. "Hell yeah." With that, I got ready and made my way down to the hot tub to find Sicheng.
