"Beomgyu? Beomgyu? Beomgyu, c'mon, talk to me. What's the matter?"
I ignore the nurse.
I just want to be by myself.
Why can't anyone understand that?
I sniff.
Nurse Rye turns to Nurse Lee.
"I'm worried. First he's not eating, now he's crying - this is bad!"
"Beomgyu, do you want to go back to bed? It's kind of cold here."
The worried nurse gently takes my wrist, going to lead me to the bed, but I pull my hand out of her grasp without a glance at her.
A sigh.
"I think the best thing is to let Dr. Kim know about this. He's clearly not in the mood to comply with us right now."
Nurse Lee says.
Another sigh.
I'm sorry. I sorry for making you so worried.
"I know, but this is becoming really serious. There's literally nothing in his eyes. My heart just genuinely goes out for him."
Nurse Lee nods.
"Well we'll see the verdict from Seokjin soon."
Nurse Rye nods, a sad face plastering her features, before she puts a hand on my knee, giving it a little rub, before she stands.
I've made everyone worried for me.
How self centred."Poor kid. Didn't deserve any of this."
Nurse Lee again.
Nurse Rye nods her head sadly.
"Let's go. I'm sure he wants to be by himself, and we've got rounds to finish."
They take one last look at me before leaving the room, closing the door gently behind them.
As the door closes, I slide down in my seat and out my head back and close my eyes.
This world is better off without me.
