Hiatus Notice

.....Pretty much what it says.

I feel awful for doing this to you guys, and I want you all to know that I've received your messages and comments.

You're all really supportive, and it warms my heart to see a bunch of votes rolling in early in the morning when I check my notifications.

I think this story is really where my writing began to take flight, not just because of my AU, but because it also became a slight outlet for people who couldn't watch the anime. The people I've met through here and the interactions I've had with you guys are priceless and precious. I've had so much fun writing this, and I look forward to having more.

As of right now, I'm halfway through the next upcoming chapter, but I have a lot on my plate.

For those of you who remembered my ten books at a time a few months back, I'm sure you'll recall my crazy daily update schedule for different stories. It was taking a toll on me then, and it would've been worse even now. At the time, school was nonexistent, and COVID gave me an opportunity to pursue fandom-writing.

Now, however, I'm much busier. I don't have a pandemic to excuse my indoor status. Exams are coming up, my engineering courses are growing increasingly hard, and my social life is just starting up again.

That being said....

I'm taking a slight break from this story.

It's just a lot to keep track of.

I run a Tumblr Manga Meme account, updating people on spoilers and humorizing every new plot point released by Horikoshi. I read Webtoons to get into a calm and relaxed state, and watch YouTube for funny stuff and more. I'm getting into other fandoms, and when I realized I fell behind and Season 5 of MHA had already started.....I just took a step back and tried to picture where I wanted to go with this.

I'm not stopping the story just yet - there are a lot more things I want to write. I'm just not going to update for a while, which I'm sure a lot of you are unfortunately used to. My other stories will receive updates as much as possible, but I don't want to continue leaving people hanging just because my own life is a bit hard to balance.

I started this, and I plan to finish it.

Maybe not all the way to this crazy end, but to a good stopping point where I can get my bearings and figure out what I want to do with this AU.

This book is a joy to make, and I don't want to stop.

But I'm going to force a break here on myself and you guys in order to stay healthy and give you guys quality content.

I hope you all understand.
