"Hm..? What tree?" Ijekiel asked. Lucas spilled his cup of tea on purpose, then the reflection reveals 'that' tree. "I just call it tree."
Ijekiel tilted forward to look at the puddle "Oh I know that, that's the sacred world tree." Ijekiel responded looking at the reflection.
The puddle became transparent again, "yeah I'll be going there today" Lucas added.
Ijekiel didn't chance an expression a bit, "if it's for the sake of our plan then it's fine, really (: ."
Lucas was surprised ijekiel didn't freak out or anything, "huh, something about you is sus."
"How many days are you gonna be out for?" Ijekiel refuse to interact with Lucas's questions.
Lucas thought for a second. "Maybe like a week or more..? Idk"
"... Then i can re-claim my room once and for all... Bye Lucas have a nice trip, ill totally learn those spells less then a week." Ijekiel took the book with him and sprinted out the guest bedroom.
"Right, I forgot about the bet." Lucas thought to himself, "okay bye I guess" He continues. Lucas got up to find the stuff he possibly needs, but then

"Gah!" Lucas jumped turning to look at his back, ijekiel was back in the room, "oh it's just you" Lucas mood changes trying to not look like a coward just because ijekiel.
Ijekiel chuckled, "miss me? I can go invisible for 30 seconds now" He proudly stated, sure it wasn't anything special to Lucas, but just because ijekiel seemed happy for himself Lucas just played along, "well that's great i guess, anyways I better get going."
"Already? I guess I can't stop you then." Ijekiel complain. "Bring me something home though"
Lucas reached out to get a new robe because why not, "yeah yeah I'll bring back a branch for you."
"... Anything is fine" Ijekiel thought Lucas was talking about the sacred tree branch, he couldn't think of anything to decline that. "Anyways I have a meeting with duke altera, and lady altera downstairs."
"Yeah whatever" Lucas replied, "but I have one request, whitey." Lucas continues, which made ijekiel looked back at him, "don't get caught."
Ijekiel is confident that he'll be able to handle everyone while Lucas was away, "of course I won't" He smiled and left.
Lucas stayed there until he can no longer hear ijekiel nor the maids around, "I knew you'd be here."
"Aw, I thought I'd be sneaky enough." Someone replied, athanasia was now the one who would stay with Lucas during his way to the tree.
Lucas walked in the barrier "It'll honestly be boring without someone to talk to, so stay with me" "Or you just want me to stay by your side" Athanasia joked. "Yes but also no" He replied.
Since the sacred tree is connected with the after world, athanasia can follow Lucas freely without a time limit, though Lucas still can't touch her because he's still alive.
Athanasia thought about complementing him for once "Anyhow, i'm quite surprised but you're a good teacher for ijekiel"
"Certainly, I'm the best remember?" Athanasia didn't expect a thank you from Lucas, but she was glad he didn't change after she died.
"Though that kid is a fast learner." He continued, "I can't go against that" She agreed.
Athanasia looked back, "but don't you think leaving him so suddenly was good idea?"
Lucas kept walking, while still avoiding obstacles on his way to the tree, "it's fine. I'm more worried about the tree's fruit though"
"Hm okay. And besides you don't particularly need the fruit." Athanasia replied calmly, "the branch is fine."
"Hm, if that's the case then I'll need you to carry one more branch for ijekiel, he asked me to bring something back"
"That won't be a problem..." She responded, then realized "did you just call him ijekiel?"
"No..? I said whitey."
"You didn't."
"I did."
