APRIL 11
LOOP 3

LUNA'S BODY JOLTED up as she took a sharp inhale, her eyes wide open. She examined her surroundings and she was once again in her bed, a familiar feeling engulfing her as her breathing went back to normal. Her head was pulsing and her chest was beating, a slight feeling of nausea in her stomach. Light beads of sweat had formed on her forehead and were slowly going away.

What a strange dream? Why does this feel familiar?

She slowly got out of bed and grunted at her headache, as she rubbed her face with her hands. She made her way into her bathroom and struggled to find the light, which she squinted at when it lit.

After getting ready for her day, she lazily stepped down the stairs, where Luna heard the mutters and grumbles of a woman from the kitchen, along with some clattering noise. When she made her way into the kitchen, all she saw was the back of Jang-Mi, who was muttering frustrated words to herself.

The blender...

"What day is it today?" Luna suddenly asked in a low voice, startling Jang-Mi who had jumped and clutched her hand over her chest.

"Good morning to you!" she sighed of relief and waved off the dark hair that had fallen over her face. "It's the eleventh of April."

"Eleventh of April...?" Luna furrowed her eyebrows a bit and looked away in thought.

Was it not just May 22nd a few days ago? Had I really dreamt that entire month so vividly?

"Luna!" a voice startled Luna out of her trance, and she looked up to see her grandmother glaring at her curiously. "Are you okay?"

"Y-yeah, I'm fine," Luna swallowed. It was a lie, her headache was actually deafening and she swore she felt like someone threw her across the room multiple times during the night.

"Are you on your way out?" Jang-Mi raised her eyebrows at her as she set down the blender. Luna just nodded in response. "Don't forget about the dry cleaning!"

"Dry cleaning..." Luna repeated monotonously, igniting a bit of concern into both her housemaid and her grandmother. She simply grabbed her keys and made her way out of the door, a blank face as only confusion flooded her emotions.

She had completely blocked the clacking of the shaking of spray paint bottles, followed by the sound of paint being sprayed from the bottles. She had only slowly walked past the alley, her mind in a complete trance. Everything felt off in her body, as if she was living in somebody else's. She did not feel like herself at all.
