Chapter 11

"Jihyo's here for you." My eyes shot open and I darted up and looked at my brother. He had my door wide open and behind him was the pink goddess.

"Thank you." I rubbed my eyes and waved Jihyo in. "What brings you in this morning?" She chuckled and sat beside me with a shrug.

"Are you doing anything right now?" I raised a brow looking down at the fact I was still half asleep, in bed, and still in my pj's. "Well, I mean in like an hour or so." I looked over the clock that read 7:30.

"I usually wake up later than this in the summer." I laughed and began to stretch. Her face began to panic. "It's fine though. I should start waking up early. What do you need?"

"Well, my sister is out with friends, and my brother is about to leave with your's God knows where. The girls are busy today, and since I live closer to you, I wanted to see if you'd like to hang out with me?" The tone in her voice was hopeful and a smile appeared and I gave in. I felt like I had no choice.

The girls all had something to do today. Chaeyoung actually had the courage last night to ask Mina on a date, Nayeon and Jeongyeon had a date day, Tzuyu was busy with her mom taking her dogs to the vet and stuff, Sana and Momo left for a week to visit family in Japan, and Dahyun was with her brother before he left to college. I had no clue what I was going to do either.

"Why not?" I smiled. "Let me just get showered and changed. You can stay here if you want." She nodded as I stood up to grab a few of my clothes.

15 minutes later I came out the shower dressed and ready to go. I decided to let my hair air dry so I didn't have to deal with it. Jihyo was looking at my photos on the wall as I crept behind her.

"How long have you known the girls?" She asked looking back at me.

"I knew Chaeyoung the longest. She has lived in front of me for as long as I can remember. The others girls live down the street so we would hang out, but we got closer when he had classes together in school." I chuckled pulling out a photo of a sleep over we had at Sana's house in 5th grade.

"Awe! How cute." She smiled. "You girls looked like babies!" She cooed. "I wish I knew you guys back then. But I'm glad I know you guys now." I smiled motioning her to let's go downstairs.

"You're early?" Siyeon spoke as I entered the kitchen. Sua as usual next to her. "And you have company?" She teased.

"Yeah. See you later? Jihyo and I are hanging out today." Siyeon raised a brow with a smirk on her face. I ignored her and took Jihyo's hand leading her outside the house. "What do you want to do today?"

"Well, what do you usually do when you're alone?" She smiled up at me.

"Usually I'm with Chaeyoung. Like always, so this is kind of a first. But when I am alone, I go bug The Kim brothers." She raised a brow as I pulled out my phone. "The pool boys."

"How about we just hangout today. Just you and I." My eyes slowly went up to look at her. The air in my lungs stop, and I didn't even realize I wasn't gripping on to my phone anymore. It had fell and she had caught

"Hello? Y/n? You there?" She handed me my phone with a laugh. I Placed it on my ear again.

"Yeah, uh. I accidentally butt dialed you, Taehyung. I'll call you back later." I hung up quickly not waiting for his response. "What did you have in mind miss Park?" She tapped her finger on her chin as she thought. She was so adorable.

"Ice cream?" I smiled knowing of a really great place. It was a bit far. But I wanted her to try it out. "I know it's early but..." she shrugged.

"I know a place. I just need to get my car keys." She nodded and followed me back inside my house.

"So then we moved here. Mom got a new job at the new tech building in downtown, and Jimin got accepted to some college near by here. He said your brother is going to?" She asked before taking a spoonful of her cookie dough ice cream. "Are you the only one left? Or Siyeon is still in high school?"

"Siyeon is at her last year. Then I'll be on my own." I sighed twirling my spoon into my oreo ice cream.

"I'm the youngest to. Rosé is in her last year, then she will be off." I nodded listening to her carefully. Her voice was so beautiful and raspy and over all very angelic like.

"Hi Y/n." I looked up and seen my sister's ex boyfriend. Suho.

Suho was super great. Amazing even. But Tiffany wanted to leave everything behind when she left for school and that ment him to. Especially since he didn't really want to continue school and acted like a kid most of the time, but he was a great boyfriend. Treated her well, got her gifts every week to show her it was another week of them being together. He was also great with the family. I think they had lasted 2 years before Tiff ended things.

"Hey! SUHO!" I stood up quickly and hugged him. He didn't hesitate either to wrap me into his embrace. "How are you?"

"I'm great buddy. How are you? How's the fam?" He smile letting me go.

"Everyone is great. Me too." I chuckled. "Just here eating ice cream with my friend Jihyo." Suho looked over and stuck out his hand.

"Nice to meet you." He then turn towards me again. "Hows Tiffany?" I was so hoping he didn't ask that question.

"She's really good. She's home finally." I smiled awkwardly. He nodded and smiled sadly.

"Thats all that matters." He laughed slightly. "Hey Daniel!" He yelled at some kid behind the ice cream bar. "Two strawberry ice shakes for the girls. On my charge." I raised a brow but smiled kindly.

"You didn't have to." He shook his head.

"It was really great seeing you again. Nice meeting you Jihyo." He began to wave before leaving to the back of the building.

"Who was that?" Jihyo asked with a giggle. I chuckled as well sitting down beside her.

"Tiffany's ex boyfriend. He was super in love with her." Jihyo nodded and looked over at that kid Daniel who Suho yelled at. "You ok?" I asked. She seemed so lost in thought. I poked her shoulder waking her up from a trance.

"Sorry. He's cute." I mentally sighed and nodded. "He's coming over." Daniel walked over holding both our shakes with smiles so wide, I thought his face would hurt.

"Two ice cream strawberry shakes?" Jihyo didn't say much but stare at him, so I nodded. "Enjoy girls." He walked away and Jihyo's eyes followed.

I knew something like this was going to happen, but I brought it upon myself. I was slowly allowing my feelings just to do whatever they wanted, but now I know I would never have a chance with her either way.
